About Cold Stone Creamery

Cold Stone Creamery is a popular spot for satisfying sweet cravings. This location stands out for its friendly staff, who provide excellent customer service, although some recent reviews point out that the cleanliness of the serving area needs improvement. Customers enjoy the wide variety of ice cream flavors and numerous add-ins, but there have been mentions of inconsistency in flavor across different locations. For those who love a particular flavor, it is advisable to ask for a sample before purchasing an entire tub. While some customers have praised the quality of the ice cream, others have noted differences in taste, such as butter pecan tasting like caramel and a mild coffee flavor. Additionally, there were concerns about the amount scooped into tubs, with some feeling shortchanged. Despite these issues, many still appreciate the good ice cream and the positive atmosphere. Affordable delivery options and valuable coupons through the app make it an even sweeter deal for those looking to indulge.
