My boyfriend and I went together last night. There were 3 employees: 1 lady and 2 guys. The lady and one of the guys were nice and professional. The 3rd employee needed an attitude check. It was obvious that he was in a really bad mood. He had a sour face and looked so annoyed at my boyfriend when he thanked him for the ice cream. He didn't say a single word the entire time he was working, to anyone. I didn't get his name but he was younger and his bangs were in his face. Anyways, he needs an attitude adjustment if he will continue to work in customer service. Ice cream wise, I was disappointed. I got the sweet cream with peanuts in a chocolate waffle bowl. The ice cream had a gummy consistency and didn't taste creamy. The peanuts tasted old. I basically forced myself to eat the ice cream, and didn't enjoy it. That was a major bummer because it was $12 and I LOVE ice cream. Honesty, not sure what happened and if the ice cream recipe changed. Very disappointed and next time would rather go to Dairy Queen for a dipped cone or Brusters.

Service is good we went out with two families people who are working are patient with us we went with 6 kids even though they took for everyone to decide what to order they were patient and took the order and got them right for the price We got a lot of ice cream so this before you size. We got the biggest one and we can't finish it by one person. I recommend this location.

This location is filthy. From opening the glass door, to the dirty floors and filthy tables. Chairs that needed to be replaced quite some time ago. This is our 4th visit and probably our last. We'll find another location

What a neglected filthy place!! I wanted to walk out, but had 4 kids I'd promised ice cream to. Every inch of this place was gross. Obviously there is no management. The ice cream was melted in the case. All I can hope is that we don't get sick.

I have been a cold stone loyal customer for years. I always get the big everybody size which is about $16.99. So, I showed up to this location for the first time at 9:50 pm on a Wednesday night. When I got inside, I saw 3 workers and none of them said hi or anything! I asked aren’t you guys open until 10 pm that’s what it says on Google and technically your sign also says open. They looked at each other then one of them with a rude attitude said what do you want? I said I only want Banana ice cream & Chocolate and nothing else to be added. She said I have to mix it can’t do it side by side and I was like I always get it side by side at different locations. She said nothing then she charged me $19.99 and when I asked normally I get this at other locations for $16.99, again with a very rude attitude she said that’s at other locations this is our price and here’s also a tip option!!! She made me feel like I’m the worst person in the world if I wasn’t going to tip. I run a business myself but whoever is running this location needs to remind their employees to be polite and know how to do customer service. I would never ever come back to this location again.

Went into Cold Stone at 10:15 PM Friday night on the 21st of July. The place was absolutely filthy and the boy running around collecting tables basically telling everyone "we close in 10 minutes and I'm going to get that table your sitting at and take it away"- So very rude!The ice cream was soft and melting right away and the flavor seemed not up to normal standard. All of the "kids" working were in get out mode, must have had a Friday party that they were missing!Overall, this was an expensive poor experience because of the extreme rude and horrible attitude!

First I want to make clear the rating has nothing to do with the guy working there, who was making the best of a bad situation and managed to have a good attitude about it too. But one person working on a hot Father’s Day Sunday afternoon with a line to the door is ridiculous. And then half the tables and chairs stacked to the side and unavailable so we had to eat outside in 100 degree weather where of course the ice cream immediately melted and got all over the kids. Only one restroom which was occupied so long we just left and couldn’t even clean up. Not going back.
I love this Cold Stone location! The staff is very friendly and the ice cream is so yummy!

Cold stone is the best. The ice cream itself isn’t anything to write home about but adding all the mix ins makes it amazing. This location is clean and the workers were friendly. There is a great patio as well.

First, the staff was not rude at all. However, we ordered the Petite Family Pack and ordered Snickerdoodle ice cream. When we got there they said they haven't had Snickerdoodle in a long time. So it should be removed from the online order form. Then after choosing my ice cream I received 3 pints of ice cream instead of three quarts. I said that was very small for $85. They checked with the owner who said it was the right size. After we got to the car we looked it up online and saw it was quarts not pints. I had to go back in and either stand in line again or cut in front of everyone to make the order correct. Then I also had to ask for cups for the ice cream and showed them they were in the picture that we ordered.This is clearly a lack of training by the owner. The worker was very sweet, but needed to be trained better.

I tried ordering 2 birthday cakes online, but for some reason I couldn't check out from my cart. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He was very uncustomer-oriented and proceeded to tell me I should be able to check out, without offering any help or suggesting to purchase in store. Lame... I ordered from Westgate location instead. Never again...
