Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a variety of menu options, including a big shareable platter and smoothies for kids. The staff even had a pyjama day, adding to the fun atmosphere. The service was fast, and the food was good, especially the lemon chicken. However, there were some hiccups with the burger and potatoes. Sometimes, the food quality has declined, and the oil in the fryers may not be changed often, affecting the freshness. Despite this, the staff strives to provide good service, with some employees, like the bartender at Arrowhead, making excellent drinks such as martinis. The server, Eli, stood out with excellent service, and Dillion was also very attentive and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. Additionally, the restaurant's management responds quickly to issues, as seen when a child received a less-than-ideal salad, handled with a discount and good communication with the chefs. Overall, Applebee's continues to be a place with friendly staff and a fun atmosphere, even if the food quality can vary.
