“These 5 stars are for Jessica! Thank you for your help fixing my online order. On the other hand, the app is not very easy to correct a mistake. I ordered a next day delivery and it reset to ASAP. It was an office so that wasn’t going to work. Jessica called who she needed to and called me back after she fixed the issue promptly! Thank you a bunch!“

“Came here today to pick up a DoorDash order and saw a sign outside saying “please be nice to our staff”. Not sure who is crazy enough to behave so awful that it made them make a sign but the staff was so sweet. Super clean and smelled amazing. I vow to never go to another twisted sugar and to only go to this location that’s how amazing it was. Plus it was easy for door dashers to pick up orders too.“

“My friends and I went here a couple of weeks ago to get some shaved ice and we were met by a really nice and welcoming employee named Mack. He was so sweet and answered all of our questions. We ended up going with the sour pink lemonade after Mack suggested it to us! It was so good! I’m so pleased with my experience here.“
