“I’ve visited this location a few times, and overall my experiences have been good! My orders have always turned out pretty well, and the wait time has only been about 15 minutes once, which isn’t bad. It seems like there are usually only a few staff members working, so things can get a little busy. While customers aren’t always greeted right away and you may need to get someone’s attention for assistance, the cakes are genuinely delicious and worth it. With just a bit more focus on customer engagement, this place could be even better!“

“We partnered with Bahama Buck's for a community event at our apartment complex, and they were fantastic! The dirty soda bar was a huge hit with our residents, and we had a great turnout. Everyone loved the drinks and had so much fun creating their own custom combinations.

“We ordered a cake for our daughter’s first birthday. We were blown away with the creativity. The theme was under the sea/little mermaid and it turned out fantastic. We loved it from the first time we tried their ice cream. We now will make the drive even though we live a far distance away. One of the best ice cream spots in the valley!

Handles homemade ice cream has a variety of flavors, options and toppings. They have seasonal options too!

They only have outside seating but not much. You stand in line and order. They get busy at night so be ready to wait.

Staff are friendly and fast. They really know their menu well.“

“Since this heat I have been craving a snow cone. I looked it up and found this place, they had good reviews so I gave it a go. The snow cone was amazing, the juice was flavorful, the service was nice, the place was clean. Yes, I would recommend this place to anyone. The snow cone is just want I needed for this heat.“

“So I am originally from Springfield Missouri and used to go to the original Andy’s in Osage Beach before they opened Andy’s in Springfield. This was a great place for family to go and the lines were always long but soooo worth the wait! My son and I moved to Tucson 2 1/2 years ago and have been craving Andy’s since moving here. I just discovered the other day that there was Andy’s in Phoenix so we drove 2 hours today one way just to go get Andy’s frozen custard! I even brought a cooler with dry ice to bring Andy’s home with us and had my staff at work tell me what they wanted because I said they deserved a little taste of my hometown deliciousness! We get there and we were ordering and I told the young man at the window that I’d drove from Tucson just to get Andy’s because I used to go to the original Andy’s back home and he rudely cut me off and said he didn’t have time to listen to me because he was busy. Just want to say I was really disappointed at how I was treated and the staff there really need to learn real Ozark hospitality because I’d never be treated like that in Springfield. I spent over $80 in that one trip today on Andy’s and will not visit that location again.“

“Was driving past on a really brutal July afternoon and pulled over on a whim. Ended up getting the lemonade and a shaved ice with vanilla ice cream underneath. That combo was unreal — cold, creamy, sweet but not too sweet. Stood in the parking lot eating the whole thing before I even got back in my car. Totally worth the stop.“

“Everything we got was delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to pack baby food for my 9-month-old, and everything we ordered had either chili or dairy. My mother asked if she could buy a dessert with banana in it, but if they could serve the banana on the side so we could feed the baby too. They ended up selling her just a banana for $1. We all had a great time sharing some tasty mexican snacks!“
