“I’ve been vegan for almost 12 years. Slowly there have been restaurants that are plant based, but I’ve never found good vegan Mexican food, until now. A colleague and I ordered here and we’re absolutely amazed at how delicious and fresh it was!!! She’s carnivore and loved it. I’ve found a new favorite spot for sure!“

“I love Coronado! And I think the entire Coronado community does too. There are not enough good words to say about this place because it is the right mix of vibe and atmosphere that you’re looking for in a smaller community hub like this.

Good food that is reasonably priced. I believe all the food is vegan as well which makes it even better! Quality food that’s good for yourself in the environment for a good price is hard to come by.

The staff is nice and very attentive nothing but good things to say.

I got the burrito and my husband got the enchiladas and my aunt got the cauliflower tacos. They were all excellent. We’ve been coming to this place for years and not once I’ve ever had anything bad on the menu and as a regular lifter, I can throw back some food and I’m not usually hungry when we leave.

“We booked the food truck for a corporate event and were absolutely blown away by Laura and Veanney. They were incredibly easy to work with, our team loved them, and most importantly, the scookies were SO good. They showed up with plenty of time to set up, had fun music playing for our employees, and provided great service and recommendations for everyone. At the end of the event, we had a few cookies left over, which they boxed up for us with toppings to take home. We've already got them booked for another event. Highly recommended. P.S. "The Signature" was a fan favorite, but they were all incredible.“

“These bowls and shakes are amazing. I am 65 years old and when I drink one of their mylkshakes, I feel energized & awake, and it lasts for hours with no caffeine or sugar rush so there is no sugar crash. My favorite is the chocolate peanut butter cup shake.“

“This was my first experience eating Ethiopian food, and it was fantastic! The menu offers extensive options for vegans and those who prefer healthy foods. My date ordered the vegan combo, and I particularly enjoyed the carrots in the atikilt wot—they were sweet in the best possible way. I ordered the Doro Wat, which was savory and spicy. The injera, a bread that is like a cross between a tortilla and a pancake, was unique and delicious. They serve a variety of drinks, including Mexican Fanta, Sprite, Diet Coke, Coke, and Pepsi. Their traditional tea with honey and ginger was also soothing and a perfect complement to the meal. There's a full-service bar as well. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with entire tables of families chatting amongst each other. Every month, usually around an Ethiopian Holy Day, there is a buffet. If you're unsure of what Ethiopian food to try, I recommend starting with the buffet. I will definitely dine here again, especially for breakfast, which I just missed this time! Next time, I'll be ordering the kwanta firfir and scrambled eggs for breakfast—it has my name on it!“

“I am a bit behind on my food reviews for this year but that doesn't mean I haven't been to some really amazing places to eat. I absolutely have. In January we chose Seasons 52 for a date night.

Angela was our table side waitstaff who helped me choose the perfect cocktail, offering to substitute it if it wasn't to my liking - but it was. I ordered two Hawaiian Pineapple Comos!

Lobster bisque was creamy, warm, and delightful. Next time I'd get a bowl all to myself instead of sharing! haha :)
My surf and turf was outstanding - the filet was cooked perfectly and the lobster tail was tasty.
The pork chop was perfectly cooked - juicy with the right amount of char to it.
The stuff mushrooms were hot, fresh, and very tasty. I'd get them again.

The crowd pleaser absolutely was the dessert and dessert options. Small they may be (and I may have even said that I'd pay just to get it in a FULL SIZE drink cup lol) but mighty in taste! After all the food we had, the size made sense though. Hats off to the dessert chef!

“WOW! If you are looking for a satisfying, delicious pick-me-up, this is the spot! I had an iced pumpkin pie latte with the pumpkin cheesecake— the perfect pairing! We'll, SO glad we drive in to try it! Holy smokes did we gave a great lunch today! I had the brunch huevos & the hubs had the Cuban. Great portions (I couldn't finish my huevos) and both of us were saying we want to come back & try other items. The service was fine - I definitely felt like if you were from the neighborhood you were recognized & chatted up, but by no means was our server not perfectly fine... appropriately friendly & attentive, drinks & refills arrived promptly, she checked on us mid-meal, the bill came promptly. Zero complaints on service but hands in the air on that food! We'll definitely return to try out more of the menu!“
