“I'm giving it 5 stars for the food. The food from the appetizers, pizza and desserts was delicious. You can tell they only use the best/freshest ingredients and it is cooked with care. We were blown away by the quality and the prices were great. The location was beautiful and with a reservation we were seated immediately. The service was lacking though. Our server was much more interested in hanging out with his coworkers, he straight up ignored us. The rest of the staff was great though! We will go back though because the food was so fantastic and hope for a better service experience.“

“Love this spot! Doughbird is perfect for a weeknight dinner out and is a crowd pleaser with a variety of solid menu items. Ambiance is both trendy and lowkey, good for family or casual date night. They have some fun quirky details, such as using a massive can of tomatoes for the pizza stand. Service was solid, waitress was sweet, attentive, and enthusiastic. Between three people we split 1) Simple caesar: as it states, it was your standard caesar. good portion size enough to feed 3 for a small appetizer salad 2) Sweet potato and brussel sprout pizza: LOVED this pizza. I appreciate how doughbird has such unique pies that you don't see elsewhere and they do them well. The roasted hearty vegetables paired super well with the herby ricotta, which added some brightness and soft texture. Would get this pizza again 3) Half rotisserie chicken, lemon garlic sauce and crinkle fries: Chicken had great flavor, nice crispy skin-quality rotisserie chicken. Got the lemon garlic dipping sauce which is delicious. It's essentially a lemon garlic butter which is so savory delicious with the chicken. My one complaint is that they would give you more sauce. The items listed above were a good amount of food for 3 people, had us full but not overly stuffed.“
“Found this place randomly a few years ago and absolutely LOVE IT! My biggest problem with the previous owner and the new owner is they make such a good specialty sub that I never try anything else lolI have got to try the pizza and other stuff as well but man that Joe's sandwich is great. Was working in the area today and stopped in and got it and a pistachio cannoli that was also fantastic. They have indoor and outdoor seating which today was perfect to sit outside and enjoy.Sidenote I had been looking for 00 flour locally for awhile now and realized they carry some great options here and got a little lesson as well.Next time I am in I will definitely want to try something else but I will probably be walking out with the Joe again and my flour to make pasta at home.I know a lot of us out here are from the Chicago area as well as back east and if you miss those amazing little mom and pop delis that make everything fresh this is the place to go! I'm very picky about pizza, I hate thick crust and when there's just too much sauce and that is never the case here. I do wish they had SOME parking spaces for just their customers. And then ventured into the fried zucchini, which was delicious.Hands down the Best pizza in town. We had two different pizzas. We did the hand tossed pizza with the vegetables and meat, which was incredible and then we did the thin crust white pizza with the basil. The mozzarella and the sauce felt like it came straight from the kitchen of Italy.We finished off with the chocolate chip cookie and walnuts and ice cream, which was vegan and didn't have any eggs surprisingly. But when I want absolutely ridiculously good pizza, I drive a bit further, and Spinato's is always the choice. Their sauce is delicious. “Went for the Super Bowl event. It was fun but for the cost, we wouldn't do that event again. The food was good but for $85 each, for just the food and your seat, too spendy. We spent another $140 on drinks, so the total spend for the event was $310 and just wasn't worth it for me. I don't feel like I got a $310 experience or ate enough food to justify $85. The food was delicious, and we will be back on a normal night for food and drinks. They have tons of TVs so you can see everything but the sound was terrible. It was so disappointing because we made a point to ask about the sound prior to making the reservation for our seats. During the half-time show, I could barely hear it, and that is the main thing I like about the Super Bowl. Even waiting for our number to be called for the buffet, we could barely hear and had to go over a couple of times to check what number was called. The service was fantastic, especially for such a busy event. Our drinks were never empty for long.“
