“As a native New Yorker I can confidently say that the quality of the pizza being made and served at your Chandler location has diminished significantly in the last decade. I wish I could post a picture of my third attempt to order just a cheese pie from your establishment this evening(call me stubborn) but unfortunately I can't do that. Just imagine a half cooked pizza that looked like it had been sliding around the back seat of a car. It arrived like warm too. Nothing like a slice of pizza that if you were able to figure out what was the slice of pizza, picking it up and it was so doughy that it just folded over. Step your game up if you want to call yourselves NYPD Pizza. You don't see that s*** in New York, ever. Never. Anybody can use words. It's your quality that matters, consistently. And your manager Noah at your Chandler location couldn't be any more dismissive of my frustrations and his ability to talk over a customer while they are still trying to convey their message says everything. Three really bad pies in a row over the course of probably a year is not a good trend. I can't give you the only disappointed customer who thinks they're getting New York style pizza and it's nothing close to it. At least not in the past several years. CONSISTENTLY. “The pizza used to be cheaper and while it is still usually good with fast service and easy parking this visit was kind of a letdown since the slices tasted like they had been sitting around and the experience felt hit or miss overall so it is still worth trying for yourself.“

It was more than a dinner out for us. It was a dining experience with friends and family. And people you meet at the restaurant, like us that come frequently, have also become family. “I recently posted a negative review here that was in error. A different Rosatis location cancelled an order well before closing time and I was not notified till much later. I apologize to mgmt and staff. I am not from the area and thought this was the site in question.“

“Ordered pickup. The wings were meaty with plenty of sauce. The pizza was delicious with hint of charred which I did enjoy. Only real complaint I have was the size of the cannoli, for their price I wish they were a little larger. Would eat again but probably skip on the cannoli.“

“One of my favorite Papa Murphy's, its been said before and its accurate they are always on time with good quality pizza with a good amount of toppings and I have never had an order issue and we have to do a dairy free which is one reason we have moved to Murphy's because they offer one.“

“We had a small issue with one of our meals in our delivery, and I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Adriana. She was gracious, genuinely concerned, and immediately wanted to make the situation right.

The problem was that because the order had gone through a third party delivery service, I had to resolve the issue through their app.

That experience was the complete opposite.

I found myself stuck in a loop of standardized responses with no real help. It became so frustrating that I called Adriana back just to tell her what was happening. What surprised me was that she had tried contacting the delivery company too and ran into the same problem. They told her that I had to be the one to deal with them.

This review is really about Adriana.

I wish more establishments had managers who genuinely care about their customers and want to make things right. She turned what could have been an average or disappointing experience into one that made me want to come back. She told us there would be a gift card waiting for us whenever we return, and yes, we absolutely will.

But our conversation also raised a bigger issue.

Adriana told me I was not the first customer to have this kind of experience with the delivery service and that she planned to bring the feedback to management.

We live in a time when we interact with apps, automated messages, and anonymous call centers more than actual people. Businesses still have a choice about which companies they allow to represent their brand.

If a delivery service does not treat your customers the way you would treat them yourself, speak up. There is competition. Restaurants can choose better partners, and customers can demand better service.

And Adriana is a great reminder that one person who actually cares can completely change a customer's experience.“

The store manager is always pleasant and upbeat and friendly and wants to make sure we are happy with our experience at Lou MALNATI’s in every way. I usually get small veggie pizza on thin crust and it is delicious! I know many people who also LOVE Lou’s food, including their really yummy boneless wings, Lou’s deep dish pizza, salad and cookies! Their deep dish is different from any other one I have had- it’s mostly pizza ingredients and not a ton of dough crust but enough, almost like kiesch consistency. We love it a lot!“

When the menu says meatballs, it should be meatballs, not pork and some kind of weird tasting beef. If I had ordered spaghetti and meatballs, would it have been strips of this kind of meat across the spaghetti something to think about?“

“this is my home location Pizza Hut. It’s closest to my house. So for takeout this is where we go and for delivery this is where it comes from. Today was kind of an unusual day and we had an issue with online delivery order. And I called And the employee on the other end of the line was extremely gracious and helped me figure out what Went wrong. It was actually my fault and she did a great job of letting me know without hurting my feelings lol. And now I know how to make sure it doesn’t happen from now on. So many times people only complained when something goes wrong. Well today everything went Right. Kid-friendliness: my adjustment to my order required that I go down to the restaurant and pick up my food and I sent my kids in and they explained to my kids what happened and my kids got the pizza and they were extremely happy“
