“Jay the shift leader on 7/16/26 exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated his help very much. Uber Eats was causing issues (not papa John’s itself) and I was disappointed because a Uber Eats driver stole the food! I ended up coming to the restaurant in person and Jay and the other staff were wonderful and kind enough to remake it. As a minimum wage worker myself and repeat papa John’s customer I really was grateful for this because uber wouldn’t refund and I certainly hope no one at papa John’s gets “flagged” for this. Uber Eats lost a customer today but papa John’s laveen never! Above and beyond service, (for something that wasn’t their fault) thank you for your help!“

“One of the best new restaurants in central Phoenix...plus it benefits a local animal shelter! Pizza was thin, crispy and full of flavor. We also enjoyed rigatoni with vodka sauce, Italian sandwich on focaccia, and 2 delectable desserts. My wife had the Basque cheesecake and I had the paw-zookie. I really enjoyed the food, ambiance, and service!“

“Wow, we loved it! We ordered the burrata, meatballs, and pizzas. We were recently in Rome, and the food was very comparable to everything we had in Italy! They got everything right, down to my delicious Spritz!! The patio was beautiful. The service was great, no pressure even though they were busy. Honestly, I can't believe I've never been there before, but definitely will be back!“
