“My wife and I attended the mini Chandler High class of 1983 reunion held at this fine establishment. The day and weather was beautiful to sit outside in the courtyard and visit with old friends. The food was delicious, nothing but rave reviews for everything made in house from the pizza's to the hummus made with cannelloni beans. “I just discovered Picazzo's this last week on a visit from Hawaii. Picazzo's is a reason to MOVE to Arizona. Amazing. Absolutely Amazing. Please please open one on the Big Island of Hawaii in Kona. “I've been coming here for years, and I've always had a great experience. The pizza is consistently good, the staff is friendly, and the managers have always been helpful whenever I've needed anything.

One thing I've learned is that if I have a special request or need to add to an order, it's usually easiest to order directly through the restaurant. Whenever I've done that, everything has gone smoothly.
I think people sometimes forget that when third-party delivery apps are involved, there can be a lot going on behind the scenes. From what I've seen, though, the team here works hard and genuinely cares about their customers.

​I cannot say enough amazing things about this Pizza Hut location and their incredible team! They have completely won me over with how they handle their customers.
​First off, we were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge and ordered delivery. Unfortunately, due to a mix-up, the driver didn't get our food to us. But when I went into the store the next day, the General Manager was hands-down the kindest person ever. Without hesitation, she was completely willing to remake our entire order for us.
​The awesomeness didn't even stop there! Later on, my phone’s geo-tracking accidentally pinned me all the way back at this Scottsdale location and sent my order there, even though I live all the way out in Buckeye. When I realized what happened and called the store, they were so sweet about it. They apologized for my mistake, canceled the order immediately, ensured I got my reward points back, and helped me get everything reordered properly all in the same day.

“My husband and I love this place . Everything from the salads, meatballs, pizza, soup is all very good . We travel to AZ very often to watch our daughter play softball. I am very sad and disappointed though. I had a pair of AirPod pros that had fallen out of my purse about a month ago . I didn’t realize this . I pushed the find my device and it said they were at Pomos . Two young men said ohh ya we have them they have been here forever . They descried them to me . I said yes those are mine . Then upon getting them out of the bin discovered they were no longer there . Sad that employees are the only ones with access to lost items therefore it had to be an employee take them . They were a gift from my husband so makes me very sad and disappointed.“

If any of the diners would rather have something else, don't go - it's really really a pizza & calzone place. Would I do a 30+ min detour just to dine here (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve five stars)? Probably not. Hence well earned four stars. If you like pizza, this is a good choice. One advice though: I ordered mine just with mushrooms. To make sure I was covered, I ordered double mushrooms. If I went again, I would order a quadruple serving of mushrooms.“

“We went here for lunch prior to going to the game at Talking Stick, service was great, they got the food out quickly, and it was tasty with the exception of my wife's burger, they burnt the bun, it was hard as a rock, and sent it out that way, we had to ask for a new bun but it took some time to get it out, everyone else was done with their burgers before she got her bun. She was dissappointed they didn't have a gluten free beer as the Red Robins we usually go to have“
