“We stop by when we are in Scottsdale. Came in on a random Wednesday (7/9) afternoon, and to our delight the fabulous Patrick James Jr. was performing great country covers. There was a small crowd in the bar. The bartender (sorry, didn’t catch his name) was friendly and efficient. Seemed to be having a great time with his customers. We overheard him talking about the vault behind the bar. I love the decor, and the seating is comfortable. I’m sure it’s impossible to get a seat on Friday or Saturdays though! We only grabbed a drink here, so I can’t speak on the food. For the music, vibe and bartender, 10/10. We will visit again next time in Scottsdale!“

“Went here to watch the Bears game. This was my first visit here. I must say it’s was one of the best experiences I ever had. The place was jammed packed, the crowd was electric. Top notch customer service from security, front door personnel, bartenders was outstanding. I give them a 10 out of 10. To be such a large ramped up crowd like that with no drama or issues were very impressive. Wow, so many Bear fans was ready to party and this place didn’t disappoint. The food was hot, and delicious, and the drinks, and meals were reasonably priced. I met so many awesome Bears fans, and made some new friends. Great job Gilligan’s I definitely be back.“

“I really enjoy this restaurant and I have come several times always calm and relaxing, good prices and great food. Which is why I gave it the rating I did but the last two times I have come here the only difference was the staff. The first visit had a wonderful sweet gal, understanding and she was busy but never lost her smile. 😃 This second time however the woman behind the counter was rude, she had long hair with blue eyes but she was short with the customers and the staff. If I was her cook I would have quit. She was short with regulars and even the to-go staff maybe I came in after a rush or something but when you are solo is your time to kill it for tips and this was disappointing. She literally sighed every time customers sat down. Maybe she should have just asked to go home.“

“We had an incredible dinner at Mowry &Cotton! My daughter ordered the bunny grilled cheeses and I ordered the trout with Brussels sprouts. Serving sizes were great and flavors unique and memorable. Service was friendly and ambience relaxing. Will definitely return.“

“It was very fun tasting a variety of scotch. The ambiance was interesting and the man who did the tasting was amusing. I had previously done it with a host named Guy who wore a kilt and it was more entertaining. I thought they had snacks/food we could order, but did not, which was disappointing because this was a birthday celebration. Upon request, the host brought out some nuts,,,and we grabbed a burger afterwards. Overall....if you are looking for a unique experience and are a scotch lover....this is a good choice.“

“Firstly, the restaurant is in the back of the lobby of the Hilton Hotel. A little hard to find the first time out Nice atmosphere with plenty of alternative seating. Good bar menu. Service was great! Good was very good and portion size was excellent. We enjoyed the nachos and tacos. Onion soup was good but not great. They made sure my iced tea was always full. We will definitely go back and try some of the other menu items.“

“If you’re looking for a great night out in Scottsdale, Orangedale Lounge is the place to be! The vibes are amazing, the drinks are top-notch, and the atmosphere is super welcoming. Huge shoutout to Courtney, the bartender extraordinaire—she knows how to mix the perfect cocktail and make you feel like a VIP every time.“

“What a vibe and great spot to celebrate any occasion! Came here after conference with the gals for brunch at restaurant, then spa time, and followed by beverages by the pool.

Love the atmosphere and that wouldn’t be possible without top tier service from Jason and Alex. Just super kind folks and super knowledgeable with local brews too. Do not miss this spot if in Phoenix. Will be back.“

“Pub Rock is a KC Chiefs bar, but they are so friendly and accommodating, that I (a HUGH Buffalo Bills fan ❤️🦬💙) have made this my local spot to come for Happy Hours, Karaoke, and even NFL games. Such a fun crowd of people and awesome live music during the week and in the weekends.“

“Stopped in for a quick drink after some bowling with friends and this was a very nice spot pretty spacious very clean and service was pretty fast. My only complaint is that this business is strictly money only they do not take any cards but they do have a ATM on site.“

“The Thirsty Camel Lounge, essentially the hotel lobby bar at the Phoenix, was a great spot to grab a drink and some snacks during our stay. I appreciated how late the kitchen stayed open and the service we received was fantastic. Food ended up being only okay overall but the drinks were tasty.“

She went far beyond great service — she anticipated our needs, handled our family with such warmth and grace, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and positive energy truly elevated our entire evening.

You can train service, but you can’t teach the kind of heart and intuition she naturally brings. She is an incredible asset to your team and absolutely deserving of recognition.

“This place is great. I’ve been coming here for 8 years. Great staff who don’t take guff from people with condescending attitudes. This just happened, a guy who obviously wasn’t a regular went in with a bunch of cans and was told he and the person he was with couldn’t walk in the establishment with them, like any bar would say, and the gave her attitude back as if he wasn’t the A-hole.

He said back douchily that there were no trash cans outside. There was a giant industrial bin outside where it always is. So not only was he an A-hole, he was a liar. They were kicked out. Love places that don’t take guff from jerks.“

“we came down to the dirt expo and ended up in downtown Scottsdale. This place is an absolute must stop. Staff is awesome. Hands-down one of the best burgers I've ever eaten and their mango margarita was top notch.“

“Almost Famous was a fun and unexpected stop during a bachelorette party in Scottsdale. We were originally dressed up to go to a lounge, but ended up here because we were able to get a comped table, which was a nice surprise. The venue itself is very casual, so we were definitely a little overdressed, but that honestly added to the experience.

The vibe is very Vegas like, high energy and unapologetically a club. The music was good, the crowd was lively, and the people watching alone made it worth it. The wait staff behind the DJ booth looked like they were having a good time, which added to the overall energy of the night.

If you are looking for a casual club with good music, fun energy, and great people watching, this is a solid spot, especially for a group or a celebration. Mostly a younger crowd though.“

“We wanted to watch some football and have dinner and decided to try the Garanda Bar & Grill. It is a bit difficult to locate in the hotel as it is on the 4th floor and not above the lobby where you would expect it to be. Once we found it, the staff were excellent and took care of us right away. We tried the mushroom pizza and the meat lovers pizza. The crust was pretty good and there were lots of toppings but the pizzas were very salty (probably too much topping). Lots of TV's to watch football and the staff were very accommodating to find the games everyone wanted to watch.“

You’ll want to personally compliment the general manager Austin on the incredible selection of whiskey - He found my favorite Coal Ila scotch up on the top shelf behind other bottles! We enjoyed outdoor patio seating with a beautiful view of the DC ranch plaza“
