“I visit Deli Sports Bar a couple of nights each week, and I wanted to recognize Anthony for the exceptional job he does.
From the time he starts his shift, Anthony makes a point of greeting customers and checking in with people throughout the evening to make sure everyone is doing well and that there are no concerns. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
I’ve also witnessed Anthony calmly and professionally de-escalate situations before they had the chance to become bigger problems. That ability to keep the atmosphere positive and safe is something that doesn’t go unnoticed.
As a newer customer, feeling comfortable in a bar is important to me. Not every bar has an environment where you feel safe, but Anthony’s professionalism, attentiveness, and presence make me feel comfortable and confident coming to Deli Sports Bar. He is a tremendous asset to your team, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for everything he brings to your establishment.“

“I LOVED this place. As a “national” karaoker, this BY FAR the shortest wait time. I could NEVER obtain service like this in Vegas. The song selection was limited, yet not…and wonderful and I may have left with a crush on the DJ (strictly professional). Idk how they would be able to keep me out if I was a local. I had a great time. Would highly recommend and return again. I yearn for these establishments. Thank ya’ll. I absolutely appreciate it. ❤️….whenever Im in the area, I’m going to slide by your spot. ?“

“Great crowd, delicious food, but parking can be a challenge. There is a turkey on the premises, but it's not for eating. Child-friendly, but beware that there is a pool that may or may not be accessible from a nearby roof. Patrons have been known to break out in song over a loud speaker from time to time, but the vibes are good. If you're feeling adventurous, ask for the special whiskey. Overall, highly recommend! It's the kind of place you'll find yourself coming back to time and time again.“

“Top marks across the board! My family and I have been dining in here for years and have never had anything but good things to say about them. So for our wedding my wife and I had a German themed wedding that could be described as an old world decorated ceremony and dinner with an Oktoberfest reception. Anyways, we needed food to be catered and there being only about two restaurants in the valley that could support this, we were able to come to an agreement with Chef Luis and his staff here at Haus Murphy's. This was a wedding planned for a max of 175 people to attend, there was not that many to attend but we ordered enough food for that amount of people. Our request was for giant pretzels and stuffed mushrooms for the cocktail hour with their mustard and cheese dips. Main course was Eisbein, The BIG Smoked Beefy Bratwurst, Kilometer, spätzle, potato pancakes, German potato salad, and sauerkraut. Chef Luis nailed it!!! The food was definitely one of THE MOST talked about hits at our wedding and I could not agree more! I love this place and it will always be high on my recommendations for friends and family who visit the valley and is a Downtown Glendale treasure.“

“I used to come here for few months back in 2022! I don’t speak spanish but I really loved the vibe, they have this small band playing music on weekends too! All the people here were nice to me, they know I dont speak spanish but still got good service? I have seen a review stating that they don’t allow African Americans in but I had no issue coming here and having good time, by the way I am black?Side note- The only reason I stop going there is I didn’t like the 27th ave and camelback area where they call it blade with a lot of working ladies on street especially at night. that creating a lot of foot and motor traffic, there are a lot of police activities too, not safe“

“I love this restaurant. The food is so good. Sometimes we come here just for this restaurant and not even to gamble. They know how to fry really good here - fried chicken, fried fish, French fries, onion rings. Fried food is hit or miss but they’ve nailed it here. I get the fish and chips every time. My grandma has gotten the chicken tacos and the seafood pasta bowl, those are fantastic. My only complaint is the water here tastes very heavily chlorinated, it tastes like straight chemicals. I try to get lemonade but I can still taste the pool water through the lemon and sugar of the lemonade, and through the soda. The water issue is so bad that I actually will bring in my own water next time. We usually end up with the same waitress, I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, she is always kind. This place is clean, food is great, lots of tvs for sports fanatics but we aren’t even big sports fans. We literally come here for the food. Thanks.“

“This place is phenomenal the owners are great the staff is great the drinks are always good I've met some of the best people I've ever met in my life in this place I used to come over to six nights a week to play free pool and drink with my friends and I miss some really good people and now I work there and I keep the place up to date with best stuff we can find right now so I can't say enough about this place I've met some really good people here man the locals are great the regulars come in and they're always fun so I can't say enough about Ron and Lindsey cast and Tina Ron Chad and Aaron in the kitchen we needed a great place great place to come and visit again they have diamond predator tables a couple of them and it's always free pool darts steel or plastic and and then pinball and the music is always good so comle see us you want regret it.“

“My dad would drink here every friday in the late 80s/early 90s. He Busted a guys face open at the bar about 91 for stealing tools from his El Camino in the parking lot. He took me in there a few times in the summer when I was real little, definitely a nice place to get away from the heat.“

“My husband is a picky eater and drinker, but we can always count on the food to be delicious and the service to be both friendly and competent. Tonight, my husband ordered a beer that they need to replace and they had issues getting the new keg open and they brought him a small sample of something similar, then when it took longer than expected they brought a slightly larger size, and when it became apparent they wouldn’t be able to get the beer he wanted open, he ordered a replacement of the sample in a larger size. The attentive service and kind gestures went a long way to making our evening more special because they could have just as easily said they were out and asked for his back up choice from the start. Well earned 5 stars. Our waitress, Ernestine, was a delight and the manager (?) or gentleman in the white collared shirt, Dom, was also very attentive.“

“Just wanted to thank Ocho Rios, you made our family party a hit with the full pan of Jerk Chicken, simply delicious. The chicken was ready before the time we were to pick it up. Service was wonderful. The pricing was spot on. The pan disappeared so fast seeral of us were trying to find bags to put some in to bring home. Thank you for adding that special something to our family party this past weekend. Everyone was asking where we got the chicken from, and i gladly told them. Will most definitely be going back. “Me and my daughter went in today to get a Cali burrito. The lady said I usually behind the counter were not there today. It was a few gentlemen. Our burrito smelled delicious but once we bit into it, it just did not taste the same then my daughter felt something chewy. I know raw meat when I see it and when I bite into it and this was raw. The guys behind the counter tried to convince us that it was a ligament. They refused to try and fix it, either by another burrito or a refund.“

“There’s no other place I’d rather eat Pho than at Song Lynn! Restaurant is a grade A+ cleanliness, hospitality many options for Pho and my favorite appetizer are the egg rolls with their delicious fish sauce. Don’t forget to try their wide variety of boba teas absolutely delicious!“
“This gem is tucked away on a corner street. It’s clean and dimly lit, with decent seating and two pool tables. The beer is cold, barman was cool, and the tables are well maintained. I only played pool for about 30 minutes before tournament players arrived, according to the lady who unlocked the tables so dont go on a Monday afternoon.“

“We had a great time at the AZ Chiefs Kingdom pregame on Saturday. The food was very tasty. Only thing I would suggest is maybe adding some ceiling fans and additional bartenders during such a large event. Can’t wait to come back in the winter and playing some pickleball with friends!“
