“Defin a hole in the wall place next to a liquor store on Apache and McClintock. It had a huge liquor and beer menu in which I would like to try one day, didn't have a chance to get a drink tonight.. I ordered "what's your beef bro" and plain hamburger. Everything was tasty and the service was good. Defin be back to try everything else“
“This place is a gem complete absolute gem amazing workers, amazing food full-blown unbelievable this is not a chain even though there’s three of them, you can come here and you can know that you’re having fresh fresh amazing food!!!!!$$$$$$$“
“Beautiful and aesthetic ambience. Totally amazing vibes. Food was equally good. It was served in a good portion size and the pasta was an in-house preparation. Went there with a few friends for dinner. We ordered two mushroom pastas, pasta alla vodka and chicken Alfredo. Everything was so much balanced and the service was really nice and quick.“
“First time coming to Tempe. This was my choice for dinner our first night in town, boy did I choose right. Food was amazing, had the escargot, raw oysters, steamed clams, chicken fingers, and fried pickles. (I shared all these items with my party, I didn't eat it all myself lol.) The vibe was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better first night in Arizona. I'm already trying to figure out how I can go back before we leave.“
“I love Steve's- it's a short walk from my house and is a great place to take myself for an artist's date! People go there to have conversations, to write, to play cards, to create. It's wonderful. I'm especially fond of their breakfast sandwich on a croissant and their classic. The baristas are the best.“
“First time in Tempe Arizona and this was definitely the place to go. Our server Corwin provided excellent customer service. Our cups were never empty, food came out quickly but not rushed. It was like they knew the pace we ate and timed it beautifully. We ordered a few appetizers. We had the Tuna Tartare and the Calamari, both of which were delicious (I favored the Tuna Tartare....try it you won't regret it!) I had the prime rib amd it was cooked to perfection. The knife cut right through this delicious cut of meat. It was plated beautifully. We finished off the night with Chocolate Cake, Creme Brulee, and a piece Billy Miner Pie. Everything was a hit.“
“A must-visit spot to stand within the walls of Tempe music history. The stage is great for shows and the expanded space and arcade are perfect escapes from the noise. This bar is an unassuming powerhouse. The staff are laid back, the beer is cold, and the pinball is icing on the cake. It's always a good hang.“
“the owners use to own got sushi in east mesa. my 1st experience to " sashimi" the freshest and best that I have e experienced in the last 6 yrs. Check out their new location you wont be disappointed. the freshest you will ever have!!“
“Fun bar & grill. We came here after the Miles For Migraine event at the park across the street. It was a wait for the food but it was worth it because it was delicious and fresh. Customer service was slow in the beginning but picked up and was great the rest of the time. We will definitely be back here.“
“I went here on a date as a fun way for us to get to know each other. the staff were very caring and knowledgeable about all of the board games. from what little food and drinks we had it was solid, this place games and customer service first. I'm definitely coming back with more people next time.“
“OG Cheba Hut! It's a "must not sleep on" type of place. The staff here is great, and they always remember us whenever we stop by! They serve up the best toasted subs, have a full bar, and are constantly hosting fun events for everyone to enjoy. My favorite sub is the Jamaican Red! Spicy Chicken with all the toppings!“
“What a fun place to watch a game by the bar or just hang out with family or friends. The Tempe weather had us enjoying the alfresco space. The service was great and the food was delicious. Large selection of authentic Mexican food. No waiting since you're able to walk right into the outdoor space and seat yourself. Highly recommend it.??Follow me on IG @igooglereviewyou for more reviews.“
“This is the most delicious Indian food I have ever tasted, and I’ve eaten a lot. I ordered through Uber eats and the order was initially messed up and they fixed it so quickly. Great people and great food! Definitely going to be eating here frequently.“

“The vibe here is similar to that of a chipotle, but with a more open floor setup and a full bar! Mondays are the day to come, since they have $3 Margaritas all day! I was in from out of town, and these double pour margaritas really made our night. The bartender was super sweet and answered our recommendation questions with ease. We will be back again!!“
“Very delicious food & interesting concept. I ended up partaking in a Shepherd Pie Pasty and it was to die for. Savory meat combination w/ the peas & carrots complimented by there homemade gravy. I truly recommend stopping by one of their “
“This is a great place to go to I've been going here for 20 years now and I have never had a problem the service is always great the atmosphere is a blast you could pick your own music with their jukebox even the people that play besides you are “
“I was there for a roofing event and really enjoyed myself. They treated us so well and were extremely courteous the entire time. Camile, behind the bar, was absolutely amazing. I explained that I was a recovering alcoholic and she made me the best non-alcoholic drinks. It felt good to have someone actually listen and not question why I chose that. Super cool. I've never been to Arizona before this event, but I can tell you that after this experience, I will definitely return!“
“Great location for lunch, the wait staff was top notch and very attentive to our needs. We ordered a light lunch and the food was great and service was quick. Being from the Chicago area and having Bar Louie start in our neighborhood, we felt right at home with the menu and options.I had the pepperoni flatbread, my son a burger and we split cheese curds and I would recommend all to any potential customers. The restaurant was quiet at lunchtime, and we noticed it was a lot more busy during dinner and we would love to swing by again before heading back to Chicago.Parking: Mall parking is available and consider the crowd at the mall for availability“
“A great place to play pool. They have three bar box tables that well maintained. They have a tournament on Tuesday nights. The bar has a very neighborhood “cheers” bar vibe. There are dart boards and an outdoor patio. as well. Bar snacks and good service!“
“Great food. Fish Fry Friday is the best. It's been a few years since I was in there and it looks the same. Wish they would upgrade the furniture, clean the window sills and paint the front door. I will be back in spite of!Parking: Need more handicap spots. One out front say it's a fire zone, no parking????“
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Boondocks in Tempe is my go-to, around the corner spot for a fantastic time! Casey, the first bartender I met here, is a gem – her kindness and skill create a welcoming atmosphere that initially kept me coming back. Seriously, had it not been for her, I’m not sure I’d have come back. The there’s Tyler, the GM, who runs the show with attentiveness, ensuring a fair and positive vibe for both staff and patrons.Tyler, another bartender, is a constant source of laughs with his jokes, making every visit light-hearted and enjoyable (check out his ice fr)…Brittany's vibrant energy adds a lively touch, making the bar area fun and inviting. Jared, another diligent bartender, not only serves with precision but also saved my b*tt on a sports-themed crossword. And let's not forget Matt - braving through every Thursday karaoke night of college kids and off key singers with levity and professionalism, just proves Boondocks Tempe is the SUPERIOR Boondocks. The entire staff, including these amazing individuals, makes sure everyone feels safe, included. It's not just a bar; it's the local watering hole this side of Tempe needed - filled with positive vibes and great people! ?Also: the food RIPS, 10/10 best chicken strips this side of Tempe Town Lake!“
“One of my coworkers had moved here from Belgium years ago. One day, I overheard him lamenting that he's never been able to get a specific Belgian beer in the states. *cracks knuckles* Challenge accepted. After wandering the aisles of Taste of Tops a few times, I decided to ask an employee. He helped me scour the Belgian beer aisle until, miracle of miracles, he found the exact beer I was looking for! Thanks for almost making my coworker cry in delight. You all are amazing.“
“I went here alone years ago to catch a show. The band was two hours late but it was fine because the bartender was lovely and she made the yummiest AMF I've ever had. I ate some cup ramen and had a blast. The other patrons were entertaining too haha While the place is listed as a dive bar, the interior was very neat and clean (yes, even the bathrooms!!). I would love to swing by again someday.“
“We used to have one of these in Denver and it closed. Sadly we only came in for drinks and the bartender was super cool! Hopefully next time I come through I'll get some pizza! This was my favorite buffalo pizza back in it's day at home. Regardless, could have asked for a better bartender!“
“I've been going there for over 4 years and I love it.Live music weekends, 3 7ft pool tables, and a dart board. They don't serve food but you can bring your own (not drinks). Oh and please clean up after yourselves.Drinks are priced well.Lots of great regulars and the owners are wonderful people. If you had a bad time there, that's on you.“
“This place is a vibe! Theirs all types of unique people and the atmosphere is unbelievable. I literally wanna spend every weekend there at Zuma Grill . I'm literally thinking about speaking to the owner to buy this location because I'm just in awe .“
“Tempe resident here. Hubby and I drop in from time to time and it's always been pleasant. There are a half-dozen or so local beers on tap, plus the usual (Buds & such), and wine, and a full bar if you're hankering for a cocktail. The menu is very short, just 5 or 6 items, but they're done well. The indoor area is very cozy and when the weather is nice it opens onto a lovely patio in the courtyard.OK, we were married in the courtyard 30 years ago so I may be biased, but I don't think so.“
“I really like the atmosphere of the Culinary Dropout, unfortunately this evening was louder than other times - with a lot of children screaming and carrying on. Certainly not the fault of the establishment, however unfortunately it did have an impact on our experience. Food was tremendous, Steak and frites cooked perfectly. Service was good as well.“
“Came over here to hangout with one of my friends. The bar looked very clean and spacious, had a big tv near the door w sports on. It was Tuesday so only like 4 people were in there which for us was great. The bartender was a very sweet girl and served us quickly n kept tabs on us which was nice. They do have a digital jukebox but unfortunately I couldnt use my TouchTunes or AMI app to select songs which was unfortunate. They don't serve food but I noticed you could bring your own in which is totally fine lol. We'd definitely go back.“
“Had dinner and drinks this evening, set at the bar and the bartender on duty was very plain and as soon I order my food and 1 drink, I felt pressure by the way she ask me if I wanted to close my tap. I been staying here for the last 3 weeks from Wednesday through Saturday weekly and is the first time I felt uncomfortable when having dinner on the premises. I was fortune David showed up and took over part of the bar and started making my drinks and food. Had 4 Mules , 2 tacos and Calamari. Thanks David the drinks were ?? . But overall, the experience and the food is great!!“
