This hotel is exceptional but the staff make it truly remarkable. I recently had a chance to visit with a friend of mine who is in a wheelchair. The day we showed up, we were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk who were sorting out some computer problems. Not being in a rush, we sat and chatted with them and made the odd request to have someone from maintenance give us a hand. I had an excellent experience last night. The bartender was calm, professional, and clearly cared about doing her job well. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. This place deserves recognition for staff like this.
