“From the moment entering Sanctuary Camelback Mountain, you are greeted by a sense of calm and tranquility. The walk up to the elegant Jade bar is met with expansive views and immersive plant life. Self parking is easy and simple. The bar is walk - in but did not feel over crowded. The service was excellent. The views of camel back mountain and the resort are incredible with birds flying and serenity. The building design is truly unique. In addition to the views and tranquil vibe, the cocktails and food were both excellent and well crafted. I would highly recommend as a must visit bar in the area.“

“We had my grandmother’s 101 birthday dinner here Friday the 15 . There was 11 of us and it was wonderful. Food was delicious, atmosphere was quiet enough for her to be comfortable but what made it memorable was the waiter. The gentleman who waited on us ( brown hair ) was extremely knowledgeable kind patient and attentive. I am only sorry I can remember his name but hope that whoever reads this can use the details and figure it out and give him the recognition he deserves. Fried chicken and short ribs highly recommended“

I didn’t see a single time that the wait and floor staff left the area without seeking eye contact from other diners. Then ….. the kitchen. Watching during a mid-service rush, you will see the calm energy that only comes from a great team culture. Everyone focused on each and every detail. Nothing goes out that doesn’t meet the team’s high standards. This kind of brigade can only come from one thing. The Chef….. Cory Oppold has always led by example. He showed everyone how deep his character was during the “Sack Lunch” and In-Home dining year. I don’t think there is anyone I would rather work beside in a kitchen than Chef Cory. The Food…… Every component adding to the story… some whispers, some screams…… taunting, flirting, enticing the culinary listener to turn the page in anticipation. Beautiful food that is as exciting to taste as it is to look at…… winner winner Squab, John Dory, and Steak dinner!! “A very cozy little cocktail lounge. There's a pool table and a couple couches for a large group to sit at. Plenty of seating at the bar. Service was super quick. There were multiple bar tenders and the drinks were so so good! The only complaint was that the music was loud, but that probably just means that im getting old. Really recommend this place for a couple yummy cocktails.

They have many different lists of the drinks they serve. Some staples, a Bayside, and daiquiri, along with a list of seasonal house made cocktails, and their regular ones always available. Dont expect to grab a plain old beer here.“

“My sister took me here for my 21st birthday, and I had the best birthday ever. I got to try lots of different drinks, the bartender was very knowledgeable. I’ve been back other times for the insane Bloody Mary special on Sundays. They have pool tables, darts and usually a fun band. This is a family run business and truly nice and decent people. They work hard and care a lot about the people who come in there. The coolest dive bar ever!“

“We stop by when we are in Scottsdale. Came in on a random Wednesday (7/9) afternoon, and to our delight the fabulous Patrick James Jr. was performing great country covers. There was a small crowd in the bar. The bartender (sorry, didn’t catch his name) was friendly and efficient. Seemed to be having a great time with his customers. We overheard him talking about the vault behind the bar. I love the decor, and the seating is comfortable. I’m sure it’s impossible to get a seat on Friday or Saturdays though! We only grabbed a drink here, so I can’t speak on the food. For the music, vibe and bartender, 10/10. We will visit again next time in Scottsdale!“

“I was reluctant to follow my fiancé as he waltzed straight to the back of a pizza shop and through the door that appeared to lead to a walk-in refrigerator. Once through the door we were transported into a secret pinball disco room. We were immediately greeted and shown to our table with an illuminated dance floor under it and a large disco ball hanging above. We ordered drinks with our very friendly waitress and they were so tasty! We also indulged in pinball and took some photo booth pictures before heading out the back door. My only regret is that we didn’t try the food, because those garlic knots smelled so good! We really enjoyed this place and I’m sure we will be back next time were in town.“

Great prices and lots of pool tables. Solid crowd of regulars that know eachother and are open to new comers. If you want to learn how to play well, we will teach you. Come on down!!
