“To go lady Deana is an awesome employee she greeted me and started getting my order together. Another customer came in and she stopped to greet her and let her know she would be right with her. That is such an amazing thing most workers ignore you till they come back to the area or are finished with what they are doing and this makes guest feel unimportant. She repeated my order back to me and got it together quick and complete thank you“

“All the bad reviews and the good reviews are spot on for this place as weird as that is. The food is like if your school lunchlady was feeling fancy that day.
The menu is very limited but they have a Monte Cristo so I tried that. It came like a desert item with a flaky powdered sugar-coated croissant that was awesome but a little light on the filling and obvious half melted kraft cheese in the middle. They also give you a little jar of store bought jelly with no utensils to try to dig it out. At least put it in a container and pretend you made it? So I dipped my fries into some smuckers jelly because that's what you do in a fine dining establishment.
Speaking of the fries they were perfectly seasoned but completely cold. They were so well seasoned they still tasted goid with jelly and the ranch dressing I ordered eventually showed up.
The service is what it is. You can spend 20 minutes trying to politely ask for your ranch dressing and being ignored, then they will be awesome for a bit and then go back to ignoring you for all eternity in the middle of your sentence.
The beers were ice cold and they took the extra 30 seconds to slow pour my stout so it had the perfect head. The second one they decided screw that and gave me a beer that was more than half foam.
So is this place good? I have no idea still. I rate it a perfect 3.7 out 5 strars“

“Used to have great food. I wouldn't eat there if it was the last Mexican restaurant around. I couldn't even eat my tacos and beans it was so bad. Beans not cooked very hard. The taco meat was all lime juice. I had to send it back but it was still horrible. They 1/2 poor on the drinks. I got 1/2 shot and my husband got 1/2 the normal wine. It must have new management but it's horrible“

“I sat down at the bar already stressing that I'm taking my hour lunch break at a sit down restaurant and planned on asking for a to go box with my order. I was greeted quickly and served my coca cola immediately and once I placed my order off the lunch menu, not a minute later I had a basket of chips and salsa. My main arrived shortly after. The burger off the lunch menu was $10.99 and came with fries, chips and salsa and a drink. Cheaper than fast food and the quality way better. I was in heaven. The bartender, Olivia, was friendly, swift and even invited me back. At this price for quality food and service was worth it for me. Chili's set my positive mood for the rest of the day. 5* and already recommended to my co-workers.“

“This was a great lunchtime meal. Had the 3 for me. A drink, an appetizer, and a burger for 10.99. Our waitress was great, the service was quick, and the food was cooked to perfection. This location was new to both my husband and I, and although we were only in this part of town for the day, I would definitely return. Thanks, chili's!“
