Horrible customer service. staff very confrontational and old hags that work there need a new profession. Used to like the place but will never go back.
Terrible pizza! Didn’t want pepperoni and wanted to exchange pepperoni for bacon or hamburger and they said that they wouldn’t exchange anything but would charge us for bacon or hamburger. I said just add the bacon. When pizza arrived, no bacon was on our pizza. I told her just to take the bacon off of our bill and she said that she couldn’t do that. I told her that I wasn’t going to pay for something that I ordered and didn’t get and to fix the bill. Won’t be back...read full review
Our server was very nice just following the establishment rules. I ordered a shrimp basket it was over cooked but edible, cocktail sauce was frozen and stuck together. Server asked mgr for options & was told it needed stirred (homemade not frozen) I asked for another or a different dipping sauce and was told she’d have to charge me $2. $3 to add a slice of cheese to pork tenderloin (which was tasty) Every add on is an over priced addition.
