“Three words.... "Just do it". Vibe, atmosphere, service and food... ALL ON POINT!! Chic Chef knows her stuff - the food is incredible and presented like something out of a magazine. I will be recommending this spot to every soul I come in contact with ☺️ “
“Me and my lady come here once in a while when we craving some Nashville hot chicken one of the best spots so far we always get the Sandwich & Tender and it comes with fries as well one of the best combo in our opinion would recommend to anyone who hasn't tried this place.“
“Walked to the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed the experience sitting outside on the patio (although the traffic on University was noisy at times). The Carnitas Tacos were very good with the spicy pear and cream sauce while the side sweet potato fries were perfectly light and crispy. The tacos menu item came with two tacos--a third taco addition option would be nice. The Mushroom Melt was a coin flip. Kids menu items were good. There's also a nice beer list available with some local brews on tap.Service was attentive and accommodating. A very nice experience overall.“
“Interesting menu. Lots of different options, most very healthy sounding. Been here multiple times, almost always for brunch. Service and ambiance are great. The place is cute. The food is really good as well. Some of it is really healthy, some not so much but has great flavor (pasta, sandwiches). Recently we went for lunch in the middle of the week and got the Mexicali quinoa bowl and a Philly cheesecake sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were sooooooo good. The flavors were on point. The service was very speedy for being in the middle of lunch hour rush.“
“Best restaurant in Tempe. Great prices, huge portions and friendly staff that really seem to enjoy what they do. It is also open almost 24/7 so you can go at anytime of the day knowing that you will have enough food in your system for atleast 12 hours. They always hook it up fr. Mucho gracias??“
“Wow truly a legend in Tempe!! Everything is amazing, everything is delicious and fresh! I i get protein shakes, and the fresh juice is so delicious. The location is perfect, you can get your burger at the Chuckbox and get your protein shakes and juice from the Original ChopShop the staff is amazing and very attentive, I always feel welcomed.“
“Kendall is one of your top customer service attendant!!! We come in at least 2 times per month & have never had a more personable & professional interaction with any of your other staff!! She goes above & beyond waitressing!!! She is a true customer service representative!!!“
“My girlfriend and I love doing Sunday Brunches and decided to give the cafe a try. I'm soooooo glad we did...the food and drinks were DELICIOUS!!! We had the avocado toast, a turkey sausage omelette, parmesan herb potatoes, and prickly pear mimosas. The ambiance is also very nice and welcoming. Can't wait to go back.“
“I went here on a date as a fun way for us to get to know each other. the staff were very caring and knowledgeable about all of the board games. from what little food and drinks we had it was solid, this place games and customer service first. I'm definitely coming back with more people next time.“
“The food and service was outstanding. We will definitely be back because of Ethan the bartender. thank you for this amazing experience.Vegetarian options: Has it some.Dietary restrictions: Has it all.Parking: Has it all.Kid-friendliness: Has it all.Wheelchair accessibility: Has it all.“
“Wildflower's buy one get one free (BOGO) is the best deal on sandwiches. You have to join their frequent diner program. They email you when they are offering this deal. Their sandwiches are big and come with various sides though some sides are an additional charge. We like the Cheddar Braised Beef that has braised beef, cheddar, cheddar & caramelized onion mashed potatoes & organic arugula on a grilled ciabatta roll with au jus, horseradish sauce & served with a side of chips for 13.99. This is a bargain compared to nearly $30.00 it normally costs. We also like it on sourdough instead of the ciabatta roll. Our only disappointment was the last time we ordered the au jus was more like gravy than a broth. Note that this is seasonal so is not always available. Our other favorite is the BLTA - bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and avocado. They also have a selection of soups, salads and pastas. And don't forget the Danish and cakes for desert. The interior was recently redone. The beverage station was moved to all self-serve. This is great as it speeds up the service. The booths were reupholstered with florescent orange. It is a little loud for our tastes. There is an outside seating area that is pet friendly. The restaurant is always clean, and the service is great though limited. You order at the counter, get a number and then the food is brought to your table. They get very busy on the weekends so plan ahead.“
“I was there for a roofing event and really enjoyed myself. They treated us so well and were extremely courteous the entire time. Camile, behind the bar, was absolutely amazing. I explained that I was a recovering alcoholic and she made me the best non-alcoholic drinks. It felt good to have someone actually listen and not question why I chose that. Super cool. I've never been to Arizona before this event, but I can tell you that after this experience, I will definitely return!“
“Great location for lunch, the wait staff was top notch and very attentive to our needs. We ordered a light lunch and the food was great and service was quick. Being from the Chicago area and having Bar Louie start in our neighborhood, we felt right at home with the menu and options.I had the pepperoni flatbread, my son a burger and we split cheese curds and I would recommend all to any potential customers. The restaurant was quiet at lunchtime, and we noticed it was a lot more busy during dinner and we would love to swing by again before heading back to Chicago.Parking: Mall parking is available and consider the crowd at the mall for availability“
“We come HERE ALL THE TIME. We love it. I do have 2 issues, they both have to do with the roll up doors (that are always open) leading to the patio. First: there are ALWAYS gnats inside the restaurant. Second: it seems like as soon as our food gets brought to our table, someone lights up a cigarette or pipe on the patio. It's very off putting given the ashtray smell and the gnats. The service is always top notch. The food is consistently good. I like being able to pay through the app. Makes paying the check a breeze.“
“Situated near the Harkins theatre within Tempe Marketplace you will find a pizza establishment called Slices. Though I've been numerous times to this outdoor shopping mall, I have not stopped in to this location. A friend suggested for a cheap slice meal for under $10 ($8.99 for the mix & match specials). I was skeptical as how can you get a slice, salad, and drink for under $10?! I'm thrilled to report it did live up to the hype! Heck, there was not just a few vegetarian options but they even had a few vegan slice options. The side salad left a lot to be desired based on my preferences on a salad. It contain spring mix, cherry tomatoes, and carrots. I wish it had croutons and romaine, but I'll consider that next visit if I return to the area. Cheese pizza is always a go to for me, and how I rate slices versus other pizza chains. Their cheese pizza slice was nice and floppy for folding - New York style is my pizza preference. Definitely loved the slice and could see myself making through the vegetarian slice thoughts, and also inquiring about the vegan ones as my peanut/treenut allergy can limit me. The interior is pretty small, so it can be hard to locate a spot to eat especially if you are with friends like I was. We did locate some seating outside which was enjoyable given the time of year. I would definitely factor seasonality as this may not be a place I would want to visit in the summer if indoor seating wasn't available. The service was both quick and friendly, so a great place to grab and go if seating isn't available.“
“Very pleased with our dinner at Milagros. My family dined here for dinner on a Tuesday night after flying into town. We were hungry and didn't know where to go and quickly learned that there was a restaurant in the hotel. The atmosphere is pleasant, the hotel and restaurant are Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired. It felt like we were sitting in an upscale lounge in the 1970s. Paige served us our dinner and was friendly, professional, and on her game. Everything was perfect, accommodating our needs as we changed our minds while ordering. I had the chicken focaccia and a side salad for dinner. The sandwich was delicious- the garlic aioli added a punch of flavor. I ended up eating it as an open-faced sandwich because the bread muted the flavors on the inside too much and I didn't want to miss those.“
“We were so happy that the hostess was able to seat us without a reservation!! We have a wonderful experience at Caffe Boa from the amazing service to the top notch food! Our lovely waitress, Ruth was a gem. She was professional but welcomed us and made us feel at home. Our meal came out quickly. I had the Ros Marino chicken which came with a delicious lemon caper sauce over a half of a chicken, which was perfectly cooked. The side of crispy but light golden potatoes soaked up the amazing sauce. My husband got the spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce was light and smooth and the meatballs were tender and moist. We topped it off with a glass of Perinni primativo which complimented the meal perfectly. It was a great meal!!!“
“I enjoy Pita Jungle very much. It is my favorite restaurant. My wife and I dine here at least once a week. The food is amazing. 10/10 will continue my patronage of this establishment.Derek is cool.Update for the Googs: still amazing food and service, we love the entire staff. Ali is cool too, ha.“
“"Culinary Dropout" might as well be the poster child for the quintessential cool, hip eatery that every college town dreams of. Located within a stone's throw of Arizona State University, this restaurant pulses with the vibrant energy of its young, eclectic patrons. The atmosphere is nothing short of electric, buzzing with the chatter of students and the eclectic soundscape of indie music and clinking glasses. The menu at Culinary Dropout is a delightful rebellion against conventional dining. Every dish feels like a creative experiment that’s succeeded wildly—comfort food with a gourmet twist that tempts the adventurous and satisfies the soul. From their perfectly crispy honey-drizzled chicken to the rebellious and rich pulled pork nachos, every bite is a testament to culinary whimsy. But let’s not forget the drinks. This place serves up cocktails that are as much a feast for the eyes as they are for the palate. Whether you're sipping a smoky whiskey concoction or a bright, herb-infused gin cocktail, each drink is crafted with the kind of flair that complements the daring dishes. In essence, Culinary Dropout is more than just a restaurant; it’s a destination. It's where you go to unwind, feast, and enjoy the company of friends in a setting that's as lively and forward-thinking as its clientele. Whether you're a college student looking for a fun night out or a foodie in search of your next great meal, Culinary Dropout doesn't just serve food and drinks—it delivers an experience.“
“We went to a movie-themed dinner, of Pixar, not knowing what to expect, and were totally blown away. The Chef that night and his team put so much thought and effort into the event. The food and drinks were remarkable and creative, each dish and drink "wowed" us more than the last. Everyone was engaging, they also did raffles for some Pixar items, and the atmosphere was very lively. The wait staff was very patient, kind, and helpful. I stopped to chat with the chef after the event, and he's incredibly nice. We are excited to go again for another event!“
“Salad was fresh and delicious! I had the Kale Caesar Salad with Chicken. It was filled to the top of the lid that I asked for in case I didn’t finish the meal. I did however finish it, an exact portion for lunch. Employees were friendly and informative. I like that they were cleaning the drink machine & service area at midday. Comforting to know that cleanliness is part of their routine. The dining area is bright and cheerful.Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free optionsParking: Plenty of parking in shared lot“
“Forget preparing breakfast, maybe even lunch. Since we discovered Squarz, we have made it a must stop at least once and maybe, twice a week. The food is great, the service is outstanding (Curbside). The owner and staff are friendly. Hell, we may even look for an apartment next door. No more cooking. Not, that I have done any in years.“
“From out of town and looking for things to do. Did not regret coming to Mills modern Social. A lot of 9 foot and 6 foot tables. The tables played really well. We did not eat so can't review that. Plenty of good beers. Service was good.“
“This is definitely the best place to eat on the ASU Tempe Campus. Probably the only place where you can find healthy options. They have a rooftop seating area which is nice when the weather is just right. It is very fast and good quality healthy food. They have a limited menu of around 5-6 options, but that's the reason that the food and service are fast. Drinks, coffee, and snacks are included and you can help yourself - snacks-wise, you can grab a plate of freshly made seasoned chips while you wait for your order. I will keep going back here as it is a nice lunch spot and always reliability fast in between a busy schedule. Recommended!“
“Let me just say, wow. When you first walk in the atmosphere, it is inviting both inside and outside, truly beautiful. The service itself was fantastic and friendly. Then there's the food which is flavorful and fresh. Then there's the lemonade which, let me tell you, is a definite must when coming here. If you currently live in Arizona or are simply coming to visit, definitely come here.“
“Had dinner and drinks this evening, set at the bar and the bartender on duty was very plain and as soon I order my food and 1 drink, I felt pressure by the way she ask me if I wanted to close my tap. I been staying here for the last 3 weeks from Wednesday through Saturday weekly and is the first time I felt uncomfortable when having dinner on the premises. I was fortune David showed up and took over part of the bar and started making my drinks and food. Had 4 Mules , 2 tacos and Calamari. Thanks David the drinks were ?? . But overall, the experience and the food is great!!“
