“Maddy at the Houston Hot Chicken in Tempe completely made our visit. From the moment we walked in she was upbeat and welcoming, and she made us feel like regulars on our first trip. She walked us through the heat levels, gave honest recommendations, and made sure our order was exactly right.
What really stood out was how she went above and beyond. Even with a busy line, she checked in on us, kept everything moving quickly, and still took the time to be genuinely friendly. You can tell she cares about the customers and takes pride in her work.
The chicken was hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy, but Maddy's service is what will keep us coming back. Management, she's a real asset to your team. Thanks, Maddy!“

“Very trending place in Tempe! The burgers are amazing and very tasty! They are juicy and tender! Love coming here! An employee name Ruth was very attentive to guests and kept up with the high pace atmosphere after a ASU football game. Would highly recommend and will return due to amazing service and delicious food!“

“I usually go to the mesa location but this one is closest to my work. I’ve had extraordinary experiences the 2 times I’ve come here. Great closed loop communication with the team, and the service provided is above and beyond. I don’t typically leave reviews but this team deserves some recognition 10/10 I’ll be bringing my family to this location“
