“Everything at this store is top notch from the management to the food itself. I don't leave very many reviews, but I had to for this store because for $5 you can get three chicken tacos with chips and a drink which is totally unheard of right now. I spend a lot of time in Mexico and this is even cheaper.“

“Friday night, concert ends and I'm on foot back to my hotel. I didn't have any food in my room, just water, and soda. I was walking towards Jack In The Box but realized the walk in's might be done for the night. I called the store and they said it's only drive thru. I looked at all the other buildings and saw Raising Cane's and saw someone just walk into the store. Got something small. Two chicken strips and fries. Meal was delicious and just enough to make sure I didn't go to bed hungry. This location was packed at midnight but service was no issue. My only concern is them yelling names in a store that's packed full of customers who are eating and those who are waiting. Hard to hear your name being called unless your near the register.“

“Go here all the time and most of the time it’s great. My biggest complaint is wait times but patience is a virtue.

Today they missed my extra toast. I told them twice, once at the speaker, and corrected them at the window when they read back my order. Still got coleslaw :/“

“When we first walked in all we smelt was sewer and it was very humid. The smell of rotten eggs disappeared bcuz we got used to the smell. Food wasn’t bad and the employees were friendly.. the interior was ok wasn’t to dirty. 2 employees were smoking outside when we were leaving, felt like they should of been inside cleaning instead of standing around outside but they are entitled to breaks. Hope the cook changed his gloves and plastic apron upon returning to work and washed their hands.. didn’t look to appealing from a customers point of view.“

“I stopped by the drive-thru around 8 PM at the El Pollo Loco on 4325 W Bethany Home Rd in Glendale and had such a great experience. The girl who helped me was incredibly sweet, polite, and welcoming from start to finish. She took my order patiently, repeated everything back to make sure it was correct, and had such a positive and genuine attitude.

It’s not every day that a drive-thru interaction feels this warm and professional, especially during the evening rush. She honestly made my night better.

I hope management recognizes her because employees like her truly make a difference and keep customers coming back. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!“
