“I really liked the atmosphere of this Raising Canes with the outdoor seating. Service was fast, but they were out of Coke Zero. The food was good, and they gave you a good amount of French fries, but some of the chicken fingers were a tad bit small. Overall, it was good ?“
“Best spicy chicken sandwich around. Love the speed with which you get hot food and are treated with respect and kindness. They know how to treat customers. No bad attitudes or blank stares, they are not counting the minutes till they are done and everyone seems to be glad to help you. “Love canes, always meets my expectations but DO NOT DOORDASH! They will most likely mess up your order. I’m not sure if it’s DoorDash that sends the order to them wrong or if it’s Canes that messes up but they will mess up your order 90% of the time. I always have something missing wether it’s just an extra sauce, a drink, or even a whole meal.“
“Super busy during lunch, but the service with a smile was very efficient and there was plenty of seating available for dine in customers. I really liked seeing the employees using disinfecting wipes to clean tables, counters, the drink machines, even the walls, as well as busing tables and picking up dropped items. The chicken fingers were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, the crinkle fries, Texas toast and Cane's sauce were all yummy! I liked the green lemonade option to celebrate St. Patrick's day. The manager rounded on customers and asked for feedback. A welcoming atmosphere with great food and a very clean dining area makes my list for a highly recommend! It was our first visit, but it will not our last. Thank you for a job well done!“
“I went last night and the customer service was amazing! Marisol was the one that took my order and she was so nice and sweet! She asked how my name was spelt which I thought was super nice, most people don’t take the time with such an easy name like mine. But she wanted to make sure she got it right, she got my order down fast. And I asked for LOTS of honey mustard and they definitely hooked me up! I wish I caught the name of the crew handing me my order, they were awesome too!“
“I used to eat there almost every day until the pasta started being Bland and flavorless I asked very kindly to the girl If he if she could tell the cook to add more flavor to the pasta well she gave me an attitude and said that the pasta had flavor so I went and bought it again no flavor I had to add my own salt it's sad that I always so much money there and they can't fix a little issue like that“
“I can't get enough of this place. I would eat here every day, but unless I win a lifetime supply of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, I can't afford it...lol. I say try it you'll love it. Make sure to order extra sauce, you'll want more I'm sure.“
“The menu isn't extensive, but what they do, they do well. Expect a bit of a wait as they are popular and mostly cook to order.I prefer Chicken biscuit for breakfast, spicy sandwich for other times. And if the waffle fries are hot, they are the best.The restaurant owner and staff pride themselves on courtesy and putting the customer first.“
“I was here for grand opening and wasn't so great, but I have been here twice since and much better. Clean, fresh food, cooked perfectly. The only thing I can say is the chicken is a bit tough at times which is probably the white stripe cause from hormones to make chickens grow quick and big. But at least it doesn't seem to be bioengeered like so many places are going“
“I went here on Saturday 2/17 had lunch. JJ one of the Managers on duty was there doing this job, but I feel like he went over the top for his customers and his employees. I asked him for 50/50 ice tea and lemonade and he did for me. When I got my food it was HOT, Fresh, Crispy and the Chicken and Fries were great. “The BEST fried chicken ever! And the Arnold Palmer is the best I've ever had on a hot sunny day. There's a certain waitress there that is just the best & she is so friendly & always smiling. Just the best customer service ever.The food is always delicious & hot. I've never had a problem with anything there. The staff really are great people.“
