Love the food. Can’t complain about taste. I ordered 16 piece family meal with 4 sides to go. It’s not inexpensive at $51.27 with tax. When we got it home and unpacked for the family it was 10 pieces (and not particularly big pieces). Called and let the manager Laura know. She’s going to give me a credit for food when I go back there. But like, it’s not my fault and it’s actually 12 miles from my house. Pollo Loco always smells so good when you enter their restaurants. Flame broiled chicken. My order was taken right away and filled quickly. They are never chintzy on the salsa. They gave me like 6 of each. Yum yum and extra lemon juice. I got the tortilla soup along with the Family 12 piece. The tortilla soup was deliciosa.
