“I tried the chicken burrito and fries... The fries were good!.. The chicken was good but for some reason I was mentally prepared for a kinda grilled chicken... You know what they say about assumptions
I also tried the loaded fries (asada) and corn quesadilla (asada)

“Ate here on a Sunday morning. The staff was super friendly and made sure we were happy with our food. The food was super fresh and some of the best chicken around. The carne asada burrito was huge and so good. We got the whole chicken special as well with sides. The whole pintos were fabulous!! Would recommend and will be returning. You can’t go wrong, I’ve never had a bad dish here. I recommend the Stacked Enchiladas “Christmas Style” with a fried egg or Yesterday’s Meatloaf. You’ll leave feeling full. “Stopped by Ramon’s randomly and oh what dinner luck was with me. After placing my order with the wonderful staff I asked if they had rolled enchiladas or the flat stacked New Mexico enchilada telling them that was the kind I had grown up with, my grandmother hailing from that state. The cook explained that they had the common rolled style but he could make me the stacked kind, as he has done it before. I pointed out the stacked kings relied on perfect corn tortillas and he said no problem. 10 minutes later I had the New Mexico style you see in the picture. And they were soft and flavorful.
