“I typically don’t go to Mexican restaurants, as I really don’t like them. My friend drug me there and I went back again the next day. The shrimp tacos are to die for. I could eat them everyday. Even the chips and salsa was the best of any restaurant I’ve been to. I wish they had one here in Illinois! If I go back to Scottsdale, I’m going straight there to eat! Also the bartender/waiter was the friendliest, most efficient, knowledgeable guy! He was amazing!“

“I stopped in for lunch and ordered the crunchy ground beef tacos, and I was honestly impressed. The tacos were huge, and the shell was light, crispy, and flaky. Everything came out hot and very fresh.

What really stood out was how much fresh lettuce and pico de gallo they loaded on top. There was so much you could almost turn it into a taco salad. The flavors were great and the hot sauce definitely had some real heat.

The service was also amazing—friendly, fast, and welcoming.

There are a lot of Mexican food options in Scottsdale, but this is absolutely one worth stopping by. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend popping in and giving it a try. 🌮“

“Someburros is our go to quick, but not fast food, Mexican restaurant in North Scottsdale. While everything we get is fabulous, their Albondigas soup (which is seasonal) and guacamole tostadas are my favorite! The staff is friendly and its always clean.“

“The food came fast and there were corn tortillas for gluten free people such as myself! The rice and beans were amazing and the staff was very nice! The food was also very affordable, I only paid about six bucks for me, there were two off us so we it totaled to $15 dollars which is a steal for eating out! This is an incredible option to try out if your in the area, it's also a mom and pop store!“

“This location is the best I have eaten at, and I’ve visited Los favoritos all over the valley.

I’m not sure what it is, maybe it’s just the cooks..but the beans and rice here were so flavorful and tasty.
I was sad I had to drive over 7miles or get here. but my food tasted so good by that point I didn’t even care. I’ll come back again and again. Sooo yummy!

Plus the food is delicious. The atmosphere is awesome. We went another time and had great service from Jett. Will always be coming back. Shout out to Corey, Brock, and Alex as well. It’s nice always feeling welcome any day of the week. As regulars, they never fail to remember our orders - lol. La Cocina is one of our go-to restaurants, and the people there make it even better. “Went in here and had some birria tacos last night. The first thing I noticed was how complicated the menu is. This young kid up front had introduced himself as Braden and helped me through the whole process. He ended up getting me a good deal on 3 birria tacos and a drink. Immediately afterwards he asked what salsas I wanted and contrasted them. I sat down and the wait was somewhat long considering its just birria tacos. The Music from the kitchen while I sat waiting was UNBELIEVEABLY LOUD. It was throwing me off too because it was different from what they play in the restarauant. Once Braden brought me my food I started eating, meat was slightly charred but overall if you like greasy tacos they are pretty good. Consome dip was very good as well. Braden came out to check 2 times to make sure I was liking everything which was unusually good considering this is just one of those take-out places. Overall the food was good, service was AMAZING and if the music hadn't been so loud I would probably give it a 5th star. Don't know if I'll be back yet.“

“My neighbors and I went here for the first time today, and had a great dining experience. The food is absolutely delicious. The 4 of us each really enjoyed our meal. I got the Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas and they were awesome. We also got the Ahi Crudo appetizer which was outstanding. Very fresh flavors, and cooked perfectly by the chefs. “Went in with a friend on Friday night and we had a blast! The hostess (Donna?) was super accommodating on the phone when we made the reservation. Atmosphere was unique and beautiful. Service was great with multiple people checking in on us (waitstaff, food runners, bartenders, etc) and those around us consistently. Even saw managers personally saying hi and checking in on people. Chef Javi even came to personally check on the quality of our meals and was very kind. Food itself was delicious. We split a couple appetizers and an entree and highly recommend the short rib quesadilla and the truffle fries. The jalapeño aioli used on both paired very well with each dish in different ways that brought out different flavors. Overall would come back again. The perfect place for any occasion“
