I looked for the promotion but when I picked up my app order through the drivethu there was a sign on the microphone box. ​I cannot say enough amazing things about this Pizza Hut location and their incredible team! They have completely won me over with how they handle their customers.
​First off, we were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge and ordered delivery. Unfortunately, due to a mix-up, the driver didn't get our food to us. But when I went into the store the next day, the General Manager was hands-down the kindest person ever. Without hesitation, she was completely willing to remake our entire order for us.
​The awesomeness didn't even stop there! Later on, my phone’s geo-tracking accidentally pinned me all the way back at this Scottsdale location and sent my order there, even though I live all the way out in Buckeye. When I realized what happened and called the store, they were so sweet about it. They apologized for my mistake, canceled the order immediately, ensured I got my reward points back, and helped me get everything reordered properly all in the same day.

“My husband and I came here with our Granddaughter for lunch on June 15, 2025. We were visiting from out of state and went to open the door and it was still locked. Katy opened it right up for us, greeted us so warmly and took our order. She was SO pleasant and checked on us to be sure we were OK. “The burgers are always good but I really love their lemonades and shakes. Strawberry rhubarb shake today was amazing. It’s a bit of a wait but table are distanced and booths have plexi between them so it felt safe . Anthony was the manager and Savino (sp?) nice and all about service.“

Went back Thursday and the store was closed.

“I don't get to go here that often. This particular location is located inside the Walmart store and because of covid-19 we haven't been able to shop in the store. I have been getting my grocery items from Walmart delivered to my door. However today I had to go pick up an item at the store as it wasn't available for delivery. “I had a scary low glucose event at the Discount Tire and walked over to this McDonald’s, and the employees went above and beyond to help me. They immediately noticed something was wrong and were so attentive and compassionate. They gave me things to help bring my blood sugar back up, stayed with me, checked on me constantly, and made sure I was okay before I left.

Honestly, it felt like they were professionally trained to care for customers during emergencies. Their kindness, patience, and quick response meant so much to me in that moment. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or impersonal, this team showed genuine humanity and care.

“The Krispy Crunchy Chicken is located inside the Shell Station and if you haven't tried it, you should because it's good stuff. I suggest their honey mustard sauce for dipping, good stuff too.I think they only serve Mon- Fri till 1 or 2pm and not serving Saturday and Sunday. I highly suggest giving it a try, definitely worth the price.“
