“First visit to Portillo's for us. Atmosphere is fun, employees were friendly, and the food was very fresh. The hotdog and burgers were excellent, made to order, but there was not a long wait to get the food. There is a lot of seating both inside and outside.“
“It's sad that I need to give this place such a low score on service ? the place is beautiful, the area around is great, BUT!!! I don't look like the majority of the people who visit the area. They have a large patio and I requested to sit outside. I was told that ALL the tables were reserved. All I needed was one little table for me. I was offered to sit at the bar when half of the place was empty inside. However, I'm a New Yorker, Its not in me to be a yes ma'am person. I asked for the manager, Tim, was my savior that day. I waited a little, but he found me a table outside. He served me with respect and kindness. Even though he was SOO BUSY, he made sure I got everything I needed. When you go there PLEASE ASK FOR TIM. He is just amazing. No other waitress or waiter even looked at me. Very sad to experience this in 2024, in such a nice place!My food was good. Now you know....talk to TIM“
“This is the first time I came here with a friend of mine from work. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and I have to say it was one of the best burritos I've had in a long time and the chef well let's just say, I wish I had one of those at home. Thank you for the great burrito.“
“I would describe this place as an actually good and authentically Mexican version of a Chipotle. You pick your protein and then how you want it prepared (burrito, nachos, tacos, salad, etc.) and they cook it right in front of you and you pick which toppings you want to add.Very tasty stuff and it's not going to cost you an arm and a leg. The breakfast burrito (which is my favorite and served all day) only costs about $10 (it comes with chips, but this is the price without a drink) and it's big; enough to be a meal on its own. If you want a quick Mexican food option that is inexpensive, but way better than its price tag suggests, I highly recommend these guys.“

And they are very friendly and user friendly if you want to deviate from the menu I recommend this Jersey Mike's for your lunch or dinner thank God for alicia the manager and her crew.“

“I kept seeing shake shack on the list of burger joints on UberEats and finally decided to try it. I got the avocado bacon burger on a gluten free bun, Korean BBQ fries, and ginger ale. Despite it being a delivery, it still tasted fresh, juicy, and very flavorful. The gluten free bun is fluffy and large. The Korean BBQ fries are good, but spicy. And the ginger ale tasted in-house, i could be wrong but it didnt taste like the usual brands. I was honestly very impressed and happy because the reviews left by others are so mixed. “I just had Very extensive dental surgery and I can only eat soft things. When I went through the drive-through, Graham took my order and he was so kind and so patient and I explained my situation. He then went and made sure everything was soft enough and even had me take a bite at the window. I had a better customer service Experience with him, then I have at five star restaurants. He is an absolute angel, and he has no idea how his kindness really made my night.“

“I LOVE Whataburger because the burgers are GOOD, not just basic, the servers are always super courteous, and the menu is still affordable. The green chili burger is exceptionally good (I order with extra green chili) and I'm only waiting on Whataburger to offer a fish sandwich. The drive through wait is longer than other fast food restaurants, but it's worth it (good opportunity to check your email and texts). The restaurant's interior is super clean. As far as I can tell, it doesn't get more American than this. I hate cooking so I'm super grateful it's nearby and absolutely reliable and fresh. ?“
“I really like this place but they share a parking lot entrance with Discount Tire and they always have a line of people to the street. I tried mobile ordering but Salad and GO only has 3 or 4 parking spots and the lot is small. I drive a pickup truck and parking is hard. I have to pull in and face the person leaving the drive thru and back in to a spot. This keeps me from coming back, it's a hassle. After all that I got back to my office and I had my delicious salad and tea but the soup I ordered was not in the bag ☹️“
