Amazing customer service and consistent quality in their yummy food, despite how bust this location is. I placed an annoying order for a business lunch and called to ask for even more special instructions. Esteban went out of his way to communicate and accommodate my needs, I even heard him and the team providing great customer service to others in the background as they were looking over my order. I plan to use only this location as much as I can for meetings moving forward....read full review

I ordered a tuna sandwich and they put oil and vinegar all over it. The bread was soaked with oil. I couldn't eat it. I ordered online and I did not indicate that I wanted it mike's way. I love Jersey mike's. I don't get sandwiches anywhere else. The cold cuts are freshly cut to order, I have a choice of bread and toppings. What could be better? this time I was disappointed that my tuna sandwich was ruined.

This Jersey Mike's is a winner! Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but you can actually park behind it and walk between the shops and come around the corner. That can be easier when the times are busy in the front like lunch time.We had families over for Halloween again this year. Last year I attempted to do an online order and pick up from the location on FLW by the loop 101. It did not go well!
