“Usually go to the tempe location, but decided to look to see if there was one in scottsdale, so i didn’t have to drive far out of the way. The place is so spacious and beautifully thought out. We ordered some subs with everything on the side as we had a long drive and wanted to enjoy fresh sandwiches. As we waited, there was a very nice blonde bartender with glasses who noticed we were wearing the same shoes. a brief interaction led to him asking if we got any treats with our order.. unfortunately not this time.. next thing we know, he brought out 3 different treats for us to choose from to take home. suffice to say, this will be my go to location from now on“

“I haven't been to one in a long while. The food was excellent. The people were friendly. Waiting time was a little off, but nothing to long aftershave it was peak lunch time hour. I actually walked in and ate in. It was clean and comfortable atmosphere.“

“We are always happy to find a Capriotti's on vacation, as they consistently have amazing food and service. This location is no exception. I don't feel food quality is ever a question, as every location we visit is always top-notch with food quality. We ordered on the great mobile app before arriving, and our food was ready when we got there. It was getting busy, but the staff was polite, helpful and great in every way. We will always visit when in the area.“

“This one of two Blimpies left in the valley. I normally get subs during the week when the owners are working there. The lady n male owner assembles the subs like the other Blimpies that used to be around the valley before closing up. They would get the bread that you want n place it on top of a paper, then sliced each meat required for the sub that you ordered then place it on the bread which is the Blimpies way that I've always known. But there is one lady that works on Sundays and now I saw her working a couple of times during the week. She doesn't do it the way the owners do it or the Blimpies way. If you order 4 subs she slices all the meat needed for each sub n place it on the counter next to the slicer then she places the meats on the bread. Twice that she made my order it was done that way not knowing if the counter was wipe down n clean.“

Their warmth and positive energy made my quick visit extra special. The location is spotless, the restrooms are very clean, and the service was fast and efficient.

As always, my go-to tuna sandwich was perfect—fresh, tasty, and made just the way I like it. Honestly, this is one of the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever visited. I even made a new friend outside—a cute little crow that stopped by to say hello! 🐦‍⬛

“The food at this location is consistently good, but the service is hit and miss. They had signs up advertising a free bottle of Gatorade if you purchased a sandwich and chips. I explained to the cashier (male, late-middle age) that I planned on using that promotion. He was extremely rude and said “you want a free Gatorade…?” I tried to direct his attention to one of the signs and he was dismissive. Very rude encounter.“
