was ordering a few sandwhiches when i realized i was enjoying a conversation with lance for 20 mins. with no one in the store and ordering behind me, he made this experience enjoyable even recommending several dofferent substitutes when subway no longer offers my preferred sauces. this man is a staple and glad i had this experience. he put the service in customer service. will be coming back again very soon.
