The sourdough bread has a perfect balance of crisp crust and soft interior, which makes the sandwich stand out right away. The ingredients taste fresh, and everything is put together thoughtfully. Service is quick and friendly. It’s a dependable local spot. The store is very clean with a casual atmosphere. The guys seem to enjoy being at work and are very personable. The smoked brisket sandwich is delicious, and the chewy sourdough is perfect. The Heath Bar cookie is also good. Everything from the salads, pizzas, soups, and sandwiches is amazing. The manager runs a solid operation. All the guys work super hard and get the food out quick. The customer service is excellent, even close to the end of a shift. The French Dip and Greek salad are also excellent. It is the best sandwich.
