I came in today 06/29 . This indian lady is so nice and sweet , every time I come she is working herself, she needs some raise or something. She is so polite, she explains so well , she has beautiful smile , she even told me how I can join the rewards for better deals .

“The past couple of times I've eaten here, I used the app to place my order. The time to from submitting the order and time to pick-up the food has been 30 minutes...no biggie. What I find frustrating is that the food has NOT been ready at the appointed time. The crew has to ask who I am multiple times and seem to be scrambling behind the counter to get the food over the finish line. You're better off just ordering in the store.“

“I’ve been to this Subway a few times now and it’s honestly one of the better ones. The workers are always chill and respectful, and they don’t rush you even when there’s a line. They actually listen and get the order right, which I feel like shouldn’t be rare, but it is.
The food is always made right too. Nothing looks sloppy or thrown together, and they don’t skimp on stuff. Everything just looks fresh and put together the way it’s supposed to be.
The place itself is clean, which is a big thing for me. The counters and prep area always look taken care of, and the whole spot just feels comfortable to be in.
Overall it’s just a good experience every time I go. Good service, good food, and no weird attitudes. I’d definitely come back.“

“I was never really a fan of Subway but after coming to this location and meeting the manager Jason, and seeing how unbelievably awesome he is and how he is truly the nicest, funniest, most amazing manager and how great he treats every single person that walks thru the door made me not only love Subway but I tell everyone I know they have to come to this location and enjoy the best looking and best tasting sandwiches and prepare to have their mind blown with his amazing magic tricks. He is one of a kind! It’s so refreshing to witness someone who radiates good vibes and who makes every customer feel special and not like just another number

“I have completely forgotten this place opened years ago. Four of us met there for lunch. The sandwiches are very good. The hot peppers were very spidey to me, but the flavor was great. The Pot Pie soup was a no. It did not have any thick broth (very runny for a cream soup), and it didn't have the crunchy baked pot pie crust. I love that they have Coke products instead of Pepsi.“

“We found the female manager rude in rushing the few people in there choosing a sandwich. Reaching over another employee adding meats to his build to hurry him up very rude. Plus, the menu board is very small high up on wall. Store was clean, we didn't like the manager and how she reacted to the few people in there.“

“The food is great. If you order a "tub" as opposed to a sandwich, you will need to bring your own knife. They only provide forks. it's difficult to eat a tub with only a plastic fork.“

“I have always loved the subs at jersey mikes but the service was mostly very rude. A year ago there were two male servers that had no customer service skills whatsoever, and these two boys were so inefficient and bossy I started going to another JM on Bell. I'm so relieved the manager got rid of them! The girls you have now 12.1.24 are really nice and pay attention to what they are doing. They are so nice ! Thank you management.“

I was curious about the roasted garlic aioli, which I hadn't tried before, so the owner gave me some as a side free of charge! She shared with me a little about the location's story. In particular, their customer base has dropped since the nearby BBB Fashion closed, so they've started some promotions like offering a free cookie with any sub addon (avocado, bacon, etc.). If you're in the area, you really should check them out. You won't be disappointed! (And, in case you're wondering, no, I am not being compensated in any way for this review.)“
