Chloe was amazing!! So kind and helpful.
Mia L. Is the best! She is so polite and has great customer service every time I come to Charley's.
Based on the reviews, Charleys Cheesesteaks has friendly staff and good customer service. An employee named Chole was helpful and kind for a first-time customer. Ari and Trinity were also very helpful, kind, patient, and understanding. The staff provided warm smiles and friendly service. One person got the boneless buffalo wings, which were covered in just the right amount of sauce and tasted amazing. Another order of mozzarella sticks was too salty. The strawberry lemonade and food were brought to the table, and the food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and peaceful. However, someone refused to get a new icecream machine, which was a problem in the dry heat. Also, the floor under the soda machine should be checked for safety when it is leaking.
