“My neighbor came over last night asked if we wanted a sandwich that she ordered on line for her son and he didn't like the cheese and wanted it plain so I said great. We will now be eating at charleys it was delicious. Thank you neighbor.“

“Walking into arrowhead mall ready to eat pandaslop.... I walked by Great steak and saw a man stabbing a beautiful bunn with meat and vibrant vegetables. I knew it was time to try something new. I ordered the premium sandwich based on the picture on the menu. I was not disappointed. The chef made my sandwich immediately fresh as oxygen from a a tree. I rushed home to devour this delicacy. So salty... creamy. Crisp vegetables. Savory tender meat..... why the heck would anyone want orange chicken from pandaslop? 10/10 will eat again.“

“This is the best burger place in Arizona!!! I got the western burger and it was like if I got it at a bbq restaurant!! And the cheese frys let me tell you they are amazing! The nacho cheese isn’t your normal cheese it’s got flavor! The workers are all extra friendly and the establishment including the restroom was so clean!! I’ll definitely be coming back again!! I rather eat a burger from here then in n out or any other fast food burger place!“

I ordered the French Dip, and it was unbelievably fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. It was one of the best I’ve ever had! My wife and son both ordered burgers, and they couldn’t stop talking about how amazing they were. Easily the best burgers in Phoenix! Everything was cooked to perfection and made fresh to order, and you could really tell they take pride in the quality of their food.

What truly made the experience even better was the outstanding service. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore.

From the delicious food to the exceptional hospitality, everything was absolutely perfect. We’ve already decided we’ll be bringing the whole family back again soon. “The fella at the counter was friendly and helpful since we were first timers and the menu was huge. Hubby n I both settled on Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches w/fries and a Vita Water fountain drink. Grandpa had the cod and fries. My sandwich was okay, (nothing like the real deal in Philadelphia) and had bubble guts a few hours later 😲. Hubby and his iron stomach had no issues and Grandpa said his cod was pretty good and not a fan of the fries.

The atmosphere was quiet, we arrived around 3:30ish and must haveissed the crowds. It's a huge place and the KoolAid guy on the wall is a gangster😲 different than the one I remember as a kid 🤣“

“Went to this location for lunch today. The two employees that were working ( Adrina, Leland )were both extremely friendly and got our order correct on the first try not like other places that we have to always wait for our food to be remade correctly as we are picky eaters. The best customer service we have had in a long time in any place ,which led us to do this review on this amazing employees . Great job!!“

“These people were so nice and amazing! My brother had ordered some fries for my daughter, but had an issue with his card. They were very understanding and even gave my daughter a free cookie! It's the little that means so much! Thank you! Also, he said the fries were glorious!“
