“Even though they've changed their name and remodeled a little, the food and service is still great. From the homemade salsa or papaya slaw, to the Philly Max (cheese steak) or wings, it's tasty. They have now added breakfast items, too. You can even order online. Yummy. Can't wait to come back.Parking: Plenty of spots“
“The food was excellent, and I was surprised at the amount of food I got as I wasn't expecting so much. I ordered a regular sized chicken teriyaki combo. It was very flavorful. The fries were really crispy and delicious as well. It's definitely worth the price. Check it out.“
“One of my favorite 'fast food' places. I'm a huge cheese steak guy and there's not many choices out there when it comes to them, but these guys sure make a good one for the price, and speediness. It's in a Wal-Mart, so not the best environment, but I've never dined in, so I guess I can't speak too much towards that. If your thinking of trying, GO DO IT! ???“
“Tasted great going in. Unfortunately two of us got the bubble guts 20 minutes later. I'm sure it was just the one thing the 2 of us ate. It happens, not all food can be great all the time. Going to try it again anyway to see if it was just a flu. Lol“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Forefathers in Tempe, Arizona, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The food was simply amazing, earning a solid 10 out of 10 from me. I opted for the Philly cheesesteak, which was incredibly fulfilling and allowed for customization to suit my taste. The portion size was just right, not too much for a single person. The sweet potato fries were absolutely great, though I wish they could've been a little warmer. Despite this, they were so tasty that I could enjoy them even without any ranch or additional toppings. The drink selection was also impressive; I particularly appreciated that the Sprite and lemonade had the perfect carbonation levels, which is often hard to find. The packaging was also noteworthy, with separate compartments for jalapeños and sauces, all conveniently stored in a cooler next to the refrigerated items. The staff were exceptional, with everyone wearing a smile and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Even the other customers seemed to be in a great mood, adding to the positive vibe of the place. The service was top-notch, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my food was ready. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which was impressive for a busy day. Overall, I highly recommend Forefathers, especially if you're a fan of Philly cheesesteaks. I don’t know of any other place that offers jalapeño cilantro ranch, making it a unique and enjoyable dining experience in Tempe, Arizona.SecurityinFriends“
“I’ve been coming to this restaurant since about 2009-2010 and it’s easily one of my favorite spots to grab lunch at in all of Phoenix. Fantastic food (best Philly Cheesesteaks you’ll have outside of Philly, guaranteed), the staff is wonderful and family run, and the service and consistency of the food is always on point. I’d highly recommend Philly’s Famous to anyone, and I’ll continue to be a customer for a very long time coming.“
“Pros:* The food is so delicious!! I got mini cheese steak with provolone, onion, and peppers. The bread is DIVINE. Perfect chewy texture.* Food is cooked right there in front of you* The restaurant was extremely clean* simple and open floor planCons:I was too full to finish my fries with their house made fry sauce!“
“This is truly a Gem in the cut. The sandwiches are fresh, huge and taste like your in Chicago eating. Your met with a smile and attention when you come in the restaurant. They listen to get the order perfect. I ordered the cheese steak and a turkey hoagie. Both were so fresh and hot. They can definitely cook !!! See ya soon.“
“Wow, what a revelation! ?? Who would’ve guessed we’d stumble upon the best cheese pizza ever at Master Pizza? ? Hands down, it’s unmatched. We’ve traveled all over, but nothing compares to this gem. Plus, discovering that the owner’s a fellow Ohioan who studied on the East Coast, just like me, adds to the charm. The taste takes me back! If you haven’t been, you’re missing out big time!“
