She did say they have a good truck they do Monday through Wednesday but I can't remember where .. but I will tell you anytime I am near this place on a weekend. I 100% will go and get some sweets! “Cute Lil Asian spot. The vibe is happy, the tables are fairly close to each other and the chairs are padded. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The menu is vast with lots of options for sushi lovers and non. The sushi rolls were good and the ikura was fresh and yummy. They have Boba drinks and a nice happy hour menu. They also have a cute patio you can sit at with lots of lights and cozy vibe. Would eat here again.“

Dan was our server and he had excellent customer service he made sure the the drinks were full and very accommodating , he’s definitely in the right field . This is great place to have lunch .“

If you have a refined palate you'll notice a hundred little elevated details about what's hitting your plate, that everything is slightly more perfect than you'd hoped, that each course has a hit of something happy and unexpected. Here I'm just going to shake my head because words are failing me a little - you know how craft spots have gotten a little too smug and overcomplicated, and you can feel that, sometimes you just want perfectly simple but simply perfect? Espiritu threads the needle. They're all delicious and balanced but not overblown. Spectacular. And all in a room where the servers lean in and chat about the menu, but shrug amiably if half your table is running late - zero tension, zero pretense here. It is a place you will wish you lived down the block from because you'll feel perfectly at home, but there's still the pageantry of the whole crispy-crunchy pescado swimming in its pool of aguachile to think about, or the light as air pappadum-like tostada base under that steehead trout rillette thing that is so much better than they way anyone else does it. “We actually came to Original Cuisine a long time ago, but with so many new restaurants opening, we kind of forgot about it. We came back on a Saturday night for dinner, and honestly, once we walked in, all the memories came right back.

The place isn’t very big, but it’s roomy enough, and the tables aren’t too close to each other, so it feels comfortable even when it’s busy. Our server was really nice and friendly, which we always appreciate.

The food was just as good as we remembered, fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. We ordered quite a few dishes: beef tongue, crispy pork intestines, Tianjin pancakes, sliced beef with ox tongue, numbing pork blood, cabbage, pork belly with garlic, and braised beef noodle soup. Everything came out great and tasted very authentic.

The pork belly with garlic was definitely the highlight. It was tender, super flavorful, and the presentation was fun too. The braised beef noodle soup was comforting, and all the other dishes were solid and delicious.

Coming back here really reminded us how good this place is. Now that our taste buds are refreshed, we’ll definitely be back more often. Some good restaurants really stand the test of time, and Original Cuisine is definitely one of them.“

“Found through a random Google search when I was craving for beef noodles. Hidden gem! The dumplings are so good reminds me of home, growing up with dumplings. Highly recommend this place for true flavors of different dumplings. Authentic and fresh. The beef noodles were also good too, there were enough noodles to make it two meals for leftovers. “This place looks too bougie to be authentic but then you walk in and see the abuela making tortillas and you get hope. Then you realize the music is a playlist crafted by the abuelo and straight outta Sonora. The tacos come and you realize you’ll never judge a book by its cover again. This place is legit. The Sonoran taco comes on a homemade flour tortilla and it’s perfect. The tortilla is translucent and it melts in your mouth. The fish taco is stacked with pickled onions on lightly fried fish with a crispy contrast. The salsa is hot. I want to live here. Please adopt me.“
