I previously visited the bugger location on stapely and the service comparison was night and day. This location is quaint and friendly. The food was amazing!!! Best tostada I've ever had! “This is my favorite restaurant in Arizona! Having lived in NYC before this (and my whole family is from New York), it’s hard for me to be impressed by a bagel shop. Hands down, this place has the freshest, friendliest bagel experience I’ve had since moving here! I thought moving to the desert meant I’d never have an amazing NYC style bagel again. I was so wrong! My husband and I have been coming here for a while now and we make the trek from San Tan regularly to get our favorites. The lox spread is to die for. All of the bagels are so good and fresh. The service is the best part! This is a family owned and family run business. They always take the time to talk to us and put a little extra love into our orders. I always feel like I’m annoying them by asking for every single topping possible, but they always make it happen! Absolutely love coming here! If I lived closer I’d go daily.“

“As advertised....best Mac & Cheese around! The restaurant is super clean and the service was as friendly as can be. Love the decor of the place as well!I went with the Green Chile Chicken Mac. The chicken was in grilled small chunks and there was a perfect amount of chilies as well. BUT THE CHEESE....creamy and cheesy to the last bite! That was the highlight....loved it!On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm gonna hit this place up again for sure. I wanted to try a few other Mac's but these portions are big....my stomach can only pack in so much.“
“This dinner quickly became one of our go-to lunch places. The food had been excellent every time, and I have eaten there 4 or 5 times now. All the sandwiches are excellent. My husband had the chicken fried steak, and it was excellent, too. (I tried it, and I'm not a fan of this dish, but I might even order it next time!)The only complaint I have is that the milkshakes come in very small glasses. The shakes are great, too, but I have an issue with the price to size ratio. Other than this, go for an all-aroundexcellent meal.“

“This is sooo good. I had the Nanas which is Nutella, bananas and fresh made whipped cream. My daughter had the Worms and Dirt which is chocolate mousse, gummy worms, whipped cream and crushed Oreos. They are also a bakery and have cookies, cupcakes, macaroons, coffee cake and more. The owner was so friendly! The next time I am in Arizona I will definitely be back!!“

“Changing my review to 1 star. This location was great when it started, but has gone downhill. They don't know how to manage their drive-thru so there are constantly cars in the street. They literally ignore online curbside orders during busy days - you must wait 15 minutes after placing the order to check in, and you're lucky if you get your order 20 minutes after checking in.Terrible lines and ignoring customers...not a good look. I'll go to other locations.“

I used to go to The Place but they changed their recipes…ever since then I’ve been looking for a new breakfast spot.I wish I got a picture of my plate but it was so good I didn’t even think about taking a photo.Happened to be in mesa this weekend and stopped here and OMG best breakfast ever! I had the giant gooey cinnamon roll and the 2 eggs with bacon breakfast. Service was awesome, food was piping hot and fresh. Literally the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had in my life. Bacon was crispy, eggs were perfect and the hashbrowns are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! I live in Glendale and will make the 33 minute drive to eat this breakfast. I also loved that they had the option to use Apple Pay to pay for my meal. So convenient.Great food, comfy environment, awesome service and convenient. You guys have a new customer for life!“

“Let me just say, I am grateful for this taproom. This has become a weekly/biweekly spot for my partner and I. They have great beer on tap and also have beers in a case from other spots and wine. They don't offer food BUT, you can bring food. There are a few options just next door to bring in. There are tables and chairs inside and outside. The service is great and know their customers. And the best part of this spot, they allow dogs not only outside, but inside as well! Check it out!“

“This is our go-to Korean restaurant. It’s clean, spacious and the food is really really good. We’ve had seafood pancake, yookgaejang, bosam, dogani tang and bibimbab so far. The seafood pancake is a must-have and our toddler loves the dogani tang (ox knee soup). We almost always order too much food and we’re still surprised how affordable it is. We leave happy and full each time. We’ll find every excuse to eat here!Kid-friendliness: We came here with an infant and a two year old. Our two year old loved the food. Seemingly appearing as a wannabe J.K. Rowling. No judgement was ever evident towards this striving and quirky novelist. In fact a good number of regulars were aware of my undertaking and gave encouragement. It was do or die for me there. I could not maintain the needed focus at home nor in a library . Hava Java provided the perfect mixture of the subdued conversations of customers seated at nearby booths while still enabling me to enclose myself in literary solitude . As a result, I was able to complete my 40 chapter, 500 page, 100,000 word fantasy novel. I could not have done this without them. I am now engaged in the submission process. Guess where I will begin writing the sequel :)Manny“
“Just went by for a chill date night tonight, and it was such a great experience. Our waiter Chris, did such a great job, but all the staff were on point and such a good team, you could tell. Every single thing we ordered was fantastic, and came out fast. We got a lot: the leak soup with amazing fresh bread, the meatball appetizer, two pastys, and a benoffee pie for a dessert; not to mention an outstanding chestnut beer and white sangria! The people that bake thier goods and make thier icecream are just a few texts away.It's very common for them to ask specifics to custom orders, so they make your coffee to your need or liking.“

“Heng’s Kitchen is conveniently located in the Mekong Plaza. I tried the beef noodle stew (non spicy version) and it was wonderful! The broth had so much flavor. The beef cuts were lean and large. “I work in the area and never noticed this Pollo place existed until I started doing a Google search for places to eat around here and read its high-ranking star reviews, and decided to come in and try it out.We ended up ordering the Pollo Combo, and I didn't disappoint. The flavor of The Pollo brought me back to some places where they sell it in Mexico. I would definitely keep coming back.I sometimes work in this area and I had never noticed that this place existed until I started doing a Google search for places to eat in this area and I noticed that the place has a high number of good comments and I told myself, well, we have to Stop and see what all the good things they say about the place are about.I ended up ordering the Pollo special and as expected, as soon as I tried it I thought I was eating El Pollo as they sell it in many places in Mexico. I will definitely continue returning to this place for El Pollo.“

I promise they won't try to climb in your car window when you order (we all know which other coffee place I'm talking about) The drinks are all great, their coffee beans are awesome for making your own drinks at home, and the blueberry muffins are freaking delicious! Maple pancake oat milk latte is my highest recommendation, iced or hot, it tastes like an eggo and is so good for your soul.“

“I've visited a few times, before a concert at the nearby Mesa Arts center. The location is nice, industrial done the right way. Service can be a little slow, we sat at the bar and both bartenders were extremely busy. I get it, but it seemed like they were running around too much between the cocktail bar and the beer service bar. In any case, their own beers (I had the West Coast IPA) ate Delicious and the espresso Martini and old fashioned my girlfriend had were superb. Fish tacos tasted great (they can ease up a bit on the coleslaw) and my wings were cooked too perfection. Overall, I'll be visiting again before my next concert or show at the Mesa Arts center.“
