They were a little busy and it was just him and another lady but they handled the crowd well and did it with a smile. The drinks here are also very good and much better than their competitors. Highly recommend.“

“I think it is funny people only use this for the slightest inconvenience. It was my first time at smoothie king and I went at 7:30pm. The tall gentleman with black hair had no problem helping me and was go patient. I did not get his name. He suggested a few different smoothies to me, I went with the immune mixed berry and it tasted amazing. Once I finally decided what I wanted the smoothie was out in a flash, this is a place I would recommend. I will definitely be coming back.“

“I had the best customer service ever!! I did an online order for a drive thru pickup and was met by a smiling barista who was engaging and friendly. I had an issue at another location and never received a response back. I inquired about it and spoke with I believe the assist or manager and within a few hrs, it was corrected!!
Outstanding customer service and I felt heard and valued!! The environment is clean and inviting! I received a great beverage and truly appreciate this location for the over and above treatment!
Kudos to the young man who assisted me today!!
Thank you!!!
Kim“

“Everyone is so amazing at this location! I come to this location often and the team goes above and beyond. For example they pick up on my favorite flavors and give recommendations (especially when a seasonal flavor is about to go). Additionally, without having to ask they’ve started to give me my iced coffee with the ice in a separate cup so it doesn’t get watered down for when I start my night shift (3hours later). Only downside is because they are all so great and have an amazing manager the people tend to promote up quickly and move to other locations.“

“The service here was fun and all the employees I met at the walking window were very happy ❤️❤️❤️“

“I went to the store at 1408 S Higley on 6/21/26 around 6:30am. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the young lady working there at the time. She seemed to be running the store by herself, and it was quite busy. She was so helpful and kind and was killing it busting out the orders. Unfortunately I did not get her name and I was unable to leave a big tip as I’d have liked to. But I just wanted her higher ups to know how amazing of a job she did today!“

“One stop is definitely a great and convenient way to swap your unhealthy eating habits with good ones. Really fast and the shakes tastes amazing!“

“Strawberry Smoothie, Mango Pop. Do it.“

“I love coming to this Dutch always has great service. Sadly I went in last night (11/24) around 9:40 and couldn’t say the same. The guy that took my order was amazing and so kind but the blonde lady that made my drink didn’t have that same attitude. She looked annoyed and not to mention gave me my order with more ice than drink. Super sad hopefully they can fix this.“

“Ive been to dutch bros all over the US and this is literally the best one i have ever been to. everyone is friendly and they always make my drink to standard. they go above and beyond to ensure a valuable experience. everyone is happy and you can tell its a good work environment! my favorite stop to make after a concert!!!“

“We got Bosa Donuts in Surprise AZ for the 1st time and will definitely return. They were fresh, full of flavor and enjoyed by the family.“

“Had an awesome experience at Bahama Buck’s! The shaved ice was seriously so good, and they had a ton of different flavors to choose from. I tried a couple different flavors and they were all really flavorful without being too much. The shaved ice was soft, fluffy, and the flavor was spread really well throughout instead of just being on top.
Ben and Alyssa were also amazing! They were super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience way better. They had great customer service and were really welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell they actually care about making sure people have a good experience.
Definitely one of my favorite spots to get shaved ice. If you go, definitely try some of the different flavors and don’t be afraid to mix them. Huge shoutout to Ben and Alyssa for making it such a great visit. Definitely 5 stars! 🍧⭐“
