“Employees seems super happy talking and laughing with their co workers as well as customers I felt very welcome for my first time trying boba. The associate "Alexa" was very helpful and attentive when I had questions and gave reccomendations based on my tastes, overall very knowledgeable. I will be returning to this establishment in the future.“

“The atmosphere and service were phenomenal.
The employee was really helpful in explaining what the drinks were and he even let me try some of the camo brulee. I’ve never tried it, and it was so good!! I would describe the camo brûlée itself as a salty fluffy whipped cheese cream. You can put it in any drink!

My cousin had the split cup with strawberry horchata and on the other side she had the brown sugar milk. The convenience of getting to try two drinks for almost the price of 1 is amazing!!

The ONLY thing I will say though, is that most to all of their drinks are already premade, so you cannot adjust the sugar level on them. Which is why I didn’t end up getting a drink myself. It was a little disappointing but again, the service and atmosphere were on point!

I know that boba shops are supposed to have all the yummy and fun sugary drinks but I hope to see some sugar free options or even have a couple drinks where you can adjust the sugar level a bit in the future!

“Been coming here since I was pregnant and my child is now 7 years old. They used to allow customers to use the restroom and to my surprise today that I had to use the restroom the girl who took our order told me it’s not open to the “general public” I asked if that applied to customers as I just ordered ramen and boba for both my daughter and I she explained that it’s not available to us. Today, I left work in a rush as I was hungry and missing my daughter and she asked for Roman so I didn’t think to ask the daycare to use their restroom. Ramen is good, chai tea latte is good but I do not like that we’re unable to use the restroom.“

“I was at the window when my car broke down and was stuck in park. The crew members of swig helped me diagnosed what was wrong with my car; luckily it was an easy fix and it was just a bushing that was worn out and broken. One of the guys told me to cancel the tow truck I called and ran to auto zone to pick up the bushing that needed to be replaced. I was back on the road in 20 minutes and made it home with my drinks still cold. Best customer service in the valley.“

“I have been here before and I will continue to come back. I am not a fan of their drinks but my family really likes them. The inside is clean and inviting. I really like the machine used to close up the drinks, I just think it is cool. During my last 2 visits, I had the black tea with lemon and the oolong tea with lemon. I prefer the black tea myself but that is just the difference in taste from the oolong but I know the later is a healthier tea. It is not to sweet and has the right amount of flavor. I would recommend people come check them out and see what they have to offer.“

“Fun place to hangout with friends, specially they always play Kpop here! The shop is spacious, plenty of seatings indoor and outdoor. They have everything here from boba, smoothie, waffle icecream, shaved ice and sugar cane! They even have character macarons and their signature honey milk macaron is my favorite. The cashiers are always friendly and patient.

“It’s unusually hot and humid in this store. People weren’t joking about the lack of customer service. Not a single greeting or acknowledgment, but also it just seemed like I was inconveniencing them by ordering something. ? if the passion fruit jasmine green tea that I ordered wasn’t so darn refreshing with fresh passion fruit bits, the rating would have been much lower. The sugar level wasn’t adjustable, but the drink still tasted really good with a strong tea flavor and not overly sweet. ??“
