“Saw a beautiful fluffy ricotta cheesecake in the case while getting ice cream . Ordered the cake for a birthday. Just picked up the cake. It was a lot smaller than the one in the case. The owner and cake maker insisted it was the same size so I asked if she could swap cakes and she said rudely said “definitely not!” I paid $48 for what I thought was a cake that looked like the one in the case. Had I known I could have gotten a same size Cheesecake Factory cake for the same price. And the wait staff would not have been rude to me. BRW tge cake was nothing special. Live and learn.“

“Tonight was the first time trying and loved it!! The customer service was wonderful. Nevada offered to let me try my pick (honey lavender) and from there gave me so many samples! Wow the ice-cream was so rich and flavorful you could taste the ingredients, it was hard to decide, which is why I’ll be back! 😍 My husband loved his too; minions treat! We met the owner Denise, also very kind! We will be back!!! 🙌🤗“

“If I could live here I would. My starbucks addiction to mocha frappes has been replaced with the Chococcino here. I love this place so much I got a cup holder extender for my car just for these drinks. Chloe the store manager is super friendly and always makes me feel welcome and she also makes my drink the best! I will note that if you want the honey boba specifically DONT come in at 10am open time. Everytime I've come at open or even 30 minutes after open they haven't started cooking the boba yet. If you like popping boba the store is open at 10am for you, for my Chococcino the store doesn't open till 11 am for me. I used to go to the Bubble Bee in Arizona Mills as well so having a location closer to me has been wonderful! Makes me want to move into the Scottsdale Quarter apartments so I can walk down stairs and get my drink every morning 😆“

“Crafti is seriously one of the cutest boba shops I’ve been to in Mesa. I ordered the Fresh Taro Milk with OG boba and the Brown Sugar Earl Grey Milk with boba, and both were so good for completely different reasons.

The Fresh Taro Milk is made with real taro, and you can actually taste the difference. It has that fresh, earthy flavor instead of the artificial powder taste a lot of places use. The texture was everything, and the drink size felt just right. Not too much, not too little.

The Brown Sugar Earl Grey Milk was creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You still get that floral Earl Grey flavor while the brown sugar adds just enough sweetness. The boba in both drinks was soft, fresh, and had the perfect chewy texture.

The shop itself is adorable. I loved all of the capybara-themed artwork, and they also have pieces from local artists available to purchase, which makes the space feel really unique. My favorite part was the sticky note art wall where everyone leaves little doodles and messages. It’s such a fun way to bring the community together and adds so much personality.

It had the perfect amount of people when I visited. Busy enough that you know it’s a good spot, but still relaxed enough to hang out and enjoy your drink. I’ll absolutely be back to work my way through the menu.“

The restaurant was bright, clean and inviting, and the service was awesome. We had a couple questions about the menu and they were happy to help us out with everything.

I went with the K-Fire Spicy Bulgogi Drop Toast, and this thing was ridiculous. Bulgogi beef, egg, cheese, spicy sauce, all stuffed into this thick toasted bread. It's messy, it's loaded, and you're definitely going to need two hands, but man was it good. The beef and the spice together were just crazy delicious.

We also got the regular Egg Drop Toast, which was totally different and just as good. Fluffy eggs, ham, cheese, sauce and that buttery toasted bread. I made mine a meal and got the vegetable egg roll on the side, and even that was hot, crispy and really good.

The matcha was great. Honestly, there wasn't anything we tried that we didn't like.

We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back. Toasty & Sweetz was a really nice surprise.

“Be pretty in real life as you are on the internet and your dreams. The drinks here are so cheerful and yummy! Discovered this little gem after we got our piercings and wanted to treat ourselves. Love loved all the choices for jelly teas but ended up getting the Purple Rice Red Bean Coconut Milk Latte and the Cheese Creamer Strawberry drink. The latte is so tropical with chunks of pineapple and jelly. The strawberry drink is like a strawberry shortcake/cheesecake goodness. Both perfect for a typical hot day. We also tried the Chocolate Taiwanese egg pancake. Cutest little boba shapes to munch on.

“We’ve tried Tiger Sugar at a few different locations around the world, and this Mesa location is honestly pretty solid. The brown sugar flavor was on point—rich, sweet, and exactly what you’d expect from the brand.

The only downside was the boba, which was a bit tougher than we prefer and could’ve been cooked a little better. Still, the drinks overall were enjoyable.
