I was super excited to try Swig for the first time… we went to the Greenwood location on Noggle way in Indianapolis. We went inside since it was myself and a friend ordering. She ordered her drink and I ordered mine right after. Hers came out in a couple minutes. Mine I waited and waited and waited. After me there were 3 other people who ordered and a lady who mobile ordered. We all were just waiting. The people at the Greenwood store treated us so well! Lastnight I ordered four drinks and they were flat the drinks had sprite in them and the carbonation was out! I called and they were so nice I went to replace the drinks today and they gave us bigger ones and got us in and out fast! Customer service was great! I recommend this place 100 percent! Also very good prices!
I was unable to receive service because I rode my bike after they texted me about a promotion. When I showed up, the lobby was closed and it was drive through only.
