Initially had a frustrating experience where a cashier shortchanged me due to a lack of coins. However, the store manager reached out promptly, apologized, and made things right. Outstanding management and customer recovery—I appreciate a business that actually listens to feedback and takes care of its customers! Planning to return late August/ September once the store is updated with new stock.

I have loved this store every time I come in. Great selection from many different animes and games. I love their ichibankujis and blind boxes!!
