Initially had a frustrating experience where a cashier shortchanged me due to a lack of coins. However, the store manager reached out promptly, apologized, and made things right. Outstanding management and customer recovery—I appreciate a business that actually listens to feedback and takes care of its customers! Planning to return late August/ September once the store is updated with new stock.

lowkey disappointed :/ i went today because i thought it was still a cafe but sadly it was not. not a huge selection in merchandise but i still did end up buying something. there were so many empty boxes laying around the store it looked messy, will probably not go back :(

Great selection on anime items like Plushies and Figures. Cool gatcha machines to get small trinkets from unique animes. They have Ichiban Kuji to try and win larger figures and prizes.
