“The person who took our order had a very dreary, melancholy demeanor. It looked like someone was twisting his arm behind him, forcing him to stand there. I was honestly shocked to hear him speak when he said hello. Wax figurines have more alacrity than he did. This guy should NOT be at the front dealing with customers at all. I wanted to turn around and leave as soon as I saw him.
Then he came out of the kitchen with a bag of Taco Bell and ate it right there in the dining room with us. ?

Also they were playing a hip hop radio station pretty loud when we walked in, which gave the atmosphere a weird night club, state fair/amusement park vibe which doesn’t go with this type of restaurant. I didn’t want to enjoy my drink with 50 cent bumping all around us.
So the service and atmosphere were unpleasant and awkward.
BUT our drinks were delicious. My daughter said it was the best boba she’s had so far. And she LOVES boba , we tried many different places and she said she would go back for the boba. I would too because some of their drinks look very interesting and tasty.
They only have pictures for 20 of their drinks.
Many of the names or ingredients on their menu, I’ve never heard of, so I would need to google them.
I ordered the Volcano Slush. It has coconut, pineapple and strawberry. It was very very good, delicious! It was not too sweet. It was perfect!
Many places I go for drinks like this, it’s so sugary and gross.
But BOMBOBA does it right.“

“When I come here I always get B8 Banh mi chay and Matcha Slushie w/ boba. Very tasty and consistent. Workers here are very friendly and doesn't mind teaching Vietnamese. Definitely a must-try.

“It sucks because y’all actually do have good boba. It’s my favorite place to get honey milk tea , I don’t know anywhere else that makes it as good! But when I went yesterday we normally do drive thru but we sat there for 15 mins and no one came out like normal, we even honked which we felt bad about . So we decided to just go in. Immediately the entire place stunk like a sewer. We weren’t acknowledged for about 15-20 mins and when she did take our order she kinda rude about it. All of the staff seem so depressed. “We got four drinks and they were all delicious! The coffee milk tea is very flavor and the lemonade one was so refreshing. Can never go wrong with a brown sugar boba and this one did not disappoint!“

“I got the dragon heart with pomegranate popping boba it is really good and refreshing but I dont taste the dragon fruit I only taste honey but it's good I liked it just add more dragon fruit to it. Also the worker was super nice I ordered 4 drinks and they made them in less than 10 minutes she also gave me a discount which was really nice and the place is so clean and pretty.“

I was waited on right away. The order taker was very friendly and efficient.

The lobby was pretty clean and bright. All trash was picked up and floor swept and mopped. Drink station was clean and well stocked. Drink station had no visible signs.

“The name of PUER Taiwan tea caught my attention, so I decided to give it a shot and see how it compares to Dayung. PUER has a few locations in Texas as well.

The shop itself is spacious, well-decorated, and clean. On the right-hand side, there was a long high-chair table with convenient charging plugs - perfect for getting some work done while enjoying a drink.

We were given a 20% discount on our order by the cashier, who, I believe, is also the owner, and he was very nice. We decided to try the Tropical Fruit Tea with regular boba (half sweet) and an iced Americano. The tropical iced tea had a real tea taste, but I felt it could use a bit more fruit. However, even at 50% sweetness, it was still a bit sweeter than I usually like. The boba was chewy, although I prefer it a little softer - but hey, different strokes for different folks, right? The iced Americano was pretty standard.

They also have a food menu, which looks intriguing, so I'm planning on coming back to try it next time.

Overall, PUER Taiwan Tea and Coffee is a great spot for a chill hangout with some tasty drinks. If you're in the area, I'd recommend giving it a try!“

“The CUTEST little boba shop in the valley! My husband and I make Teacup our date night hangout. Everything on the menu is incredible, the service is super friendly and sweet, and the atmosphere is beautiful. They change the decor for each major holiday and it's always such a vibe. “My husband and I went for the first time today. We were greeted as soon as we came in and were asked if we had ever been there before. I said no it’s our first time and so she proceeded to explain how the process works of choosing a tea and how we can ice or blend and even mix flavors. “Bomboba was a very nice and relaxing experience for me. I was looking for boba not only do they have a large selection but they are also a late night spot. They close at 11:30pm weekdays and midnight on weekends. This is definitely a tea lounge if you need quiet time to catchup on reading or even a little work. They also have food options. I order my usual Mango Boba Jasmine Tea with mango poppings. It’s a 10/10 for me. Will visit again when I’m in the area.“

“This is another really nice local spot. It’s usually pretty quiet as it’s tucked away in a corner of the commercial plaza. The staff is always very kind. Their bubble waffles are yummy and perfect if you’re looking for something sweet but not TOO sweet. I usually go for the green tea ice cream with green tea pocky. The inside is decorated with a rustic industrial style in all white. This is a good place to sit and hold a conversation as there’s generally not many people inside.“
