First time there waited 25 mins for my drink. Several times I asked them what was going as people who came in 10 minutes after me were not only getting their drinks but also food. Not once did any employee apologize, nothing. Absolutely horrible service will never go back. It’s a shame to because the drink I waited 25 mins for was actually fairly good
Lexie the cashier was not interested in answering my questions. I am not very familiar with boba. I stated that I could not hear her and she repeated herself in the same low volume. She dismissively pointed to the board and did not ensure I understood what my options were. I gave up and the 4 of us only ordered 2 drinks. My group immediately commented on feeling the service was unappreciative, inattentive, and annoyed.
