“We are frequent customers here! They even cater to our nearby office! Their drinks are delicious: Vietnamese coffee, Mango Nada, Signature drink, and many more. Love at first sip!!! Their French fries are also very tasty! Banh mi #7 oh so yummy!“

“Ordered a Jazzie and a Blondie. Self service ordering and they still aka for a tip. The drinks weren’t overly sweet with the regular level of sweetness. The boba itself didn’t t have much flavor but the peach jelly was good. The menu is confusing but we eventually figured out what we wanted.“

“We stopped by expecting to just buy some tea and were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is beautiful, it’s extremely clean and cozy. The staff were lovely and made the experience wonderful. I’ve never been a fan of matcha until I found this place!! The ice cream and tea was SO delicious. Finding out this was the only location in the U.S. was such a shock, especially for how great their pricing is! Such an amazing place to stop by for a treat, well worth the visit.

EDIT to say their tapioca (boba) was cooked perfectly! That is VERY difficult to achieve and notable enough that I had to add to this review. I've frequently visited Gozen since I found it, and the matcha is somehow better each time I go. I started buying the premium matcha latte to have a stronger tea flavor, so if you're a fan of strong matcha, I highly recommend one of their premium drinks. I plan on buying the matcha powder directly from them once it's restocked!! This is a lovely establishment with high quality food and drinks. Plus, the customer service is always amazing.“

Wow the ice-cream was so rich and flavorful you could taste the ingredients, it was hard to decide, which is why I’ll be back! 😍 My husband loved his too; minions treat! “I’m quite happy with the fact that there are more East Asian dessert places coming around Chandler finally and I’m a big fan of them. I shared a mango berry with my mom on Mother’s Day post dinner dessert. The person who took the order was initially resistant in offering me the dessert in a bowl and recommended that I take it in a “take out” bowl. This was at 8:27pm on a Sunday night when the shop was supposed to close at 9pm. After making a polite request, he switched it to the Serving bowl. Then at 8:57pm, another lady rudely asked all customers to move out saying that the restaurant was closed. While I understand it’s Sunday night and people are trying to wrap work and head home, I just found it very impolite (perhaps it’s a cultural thing) .
The dessert was excellent though , lots of condensed milk , mango and strawberry syrup and fresh mango / strawberry pieces. Scrumptious ! My mom who is quite the picky eater, truly enjoyed the dessert“
