My second time going and my family has been visiting a lot longer than I and I can see why! I love the Boba here and appreciate them being open late for my late night cravings. Would definitely recommend coming here and getting the Aloha Sunshine with strawberry popping boba for sweet tooth lovers!
Great service and delicious drinks!!! Harman served us right up & had excellent recommendations out of their many offerings! Definitely a destination of choice when when you are in Chandler!

Based on the reviews, Rapha - Boba Tea & Rolled ice cream house has very sweet people and great customer service. The staff is super kind and patient. The boba tea is perfectly balanced and super refreshing, and the rolled ice cream is creamy, fresh, and fun to watch being made. New management brings new improvements and new options. The ice cream rolls are amazing, and the hazelnut coffee is recommended. The popcorn chicken is delicious, and they have amazing wings. The restaurant has a cozy vibe with family board games and a great area to hang out, making it a nice spot for kids and teens.
