Came after work, this place is really nice especially the employees. “Jaylynn” was amazing, very kind. She has the BEST drink recommendations, very knowledgeable , only boba place me n my coworker will go to from now on tbh. 10/10 service and experience (its also hard to find perfectly cooked boba balls unlike here)
Jaylynn was so nice to me and had good service, she really helped me out definitely will come back👍
Great employees, drinks and service! I highly recommend Boba Tea Company Chandler!

Boba Tea Company is a popular spot at Chandler Fashion Mall, known for their drinks. Despite the occasional long lines, the hardworking staff ensures quick service. The milk tea is a standout favorite, and some customers enjoy the Taro flavor as well. However, there have been instances of running out of Boba pearls. Some customers have experienced issues with orders and the menu can feel overwhelming with mixed flavors, which might make it hard for some to choose. Although the sugar-free options are a nice addition, employees at times seem unenthusiastic and may not provide the friendliest service. Overall, it's a decent place to stop for a quick drink, but some may prefer to explore other options due to service inconsistencies and occasional product availability issues.
