Ok for a quick drink, but service is horrible. When we walked up an employee came from the back asked what we wanted and when we said we needed a minute to look over the menu since we'd never been he just looked at us annoyed and walked off . Luckily when we were ready another employee came to help and we had our drink fairly quick. Drink was ok, but with service like that I'd probably go elsewhere next time.

This used to be our favorite spot to go whenever we visited Chandler Fashion Mall with my wife. We would always order a cup. However, due to the increasing crowds, we found ourselves waiting in line for 5-10 minutes every time, which became quite uncomfortable. There is a tipping screen on the self-serve menu?!?! There is no option to skip. You have to put in a custom amount in order to avoid it. Wth??

This is my second favorite Boba shop in Chandler and my first favorite shop is meat fresh. Whenever I come here I try to get some thing without caffeine in it. But one time I did try the milk tea and it was the best milk tea ever. I hate how sometimes they run out of Boba pearls. How can you be a Boba shop with without boba pearls. You need to make more ASAP. Sometimes the line is long, but the workers work really hard to get the drinks out really quickly. One time they messed up my order. I was really mad. But I will keep coming back because I like them.Parking: Lots but need to look cuz full sometimes

Inside the mall just past the food court. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy with a long line but they move quickly and we were out with our orders in under 10mins. Great menu options with all kinds of custom options and recommendations. 2 guys working were friendly and hard working. The tea options were great and boba was fresh, warm in the bottom of the cup. It was about $22 for 3 and we got one of each size so the only star loss based on price more than anything else. Will try again - on a weekday when we don’t feel like braving the crowd.

I usually get the Thai tea blended here, and they're always great. The last time I got the same drink, something was off. The Thai tea tasted like it was from a donut shop. I've got Thai tea from places like bosa Donut, and they would use some sort of powder to make their Thai tea. Wasn't the best for the price I was paying for, I didn't mind. I wasn't expecting good quality Thai tea from a donut shop. I spend $8 here for the Thai tea that tastes just like the cheap one. Very disappointing.

They were out of boba, and the girl working was very rude. She refused to go check how much longer the boba would take to prepare, then gave us attitude when we didn’t get anything. We came for boba. If you don’t have it, we aren’t going to get anything. Terribly unprofessional.

There was no food to try they were out of strawberry syrup when I went there but I have the blush which is normally watermelon and strawberry with strawberry Gobi in a white tea base but since they're out of strawberry I substituted for cherry and it was very good just walk around and sip on your cup I got it in size kiss which is probably about a medium I definitely go back and get it again The Man Behind the Counter was very knowledgeable very friendly very eager to help customer and he was very quickly at producing the drinks and have a nice day it is also located inside the Chandler Fashion Square It's usually the most popular spot so if you don't mind waiting in line for a little bit it is worth it

Somehow I end up mall walking every time I am down in the valley from Flagstaff. Boba Tea Company is an essential stop. Consistently good boba tea here. I don't venture out beyond Thai Tea, but my wife and children have never had a complaint with anything they have gotten. Pricing is decent for a mall, and a good product keeps us coming back.
