“We were visiting from the east coast and stopped in after being out in the sun for hours. We sampled several flavors before making our choices. Every flavor was better than the last! I suggest you get the large size as you will not want the deliciousness to end! The decor is aesthetically pleasing with pink and white details. Perfect for a quick photo for your Instagram feed. Overall a wonderful experience!“

“We found this place just searching for ice cream in the area and found something much more than what we were looking for. The owner was very friendly and inviting, there were plenty of gelato flavors to choose from and a couple unique ones as well! The gelato was delicious! “You wouldn't expect to go into a simple water store and come out feeling like you just been visiting a good friend but that's how the girl in this store makes you feel. I was kind of embarrassed because I didn't know how everything worked. It has been years since I've been in a water store, not since I lived in Chandler and went to the location there. In San Diego we always just had a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. But I'm here on a long-term visit to my daughter and grandchildren and after drinking tap water when I when I first got here I decided I should switch to bottled water. I didn't want to be buying a bunch of small water bottles to fill the landfills so I bought a couple of gallons jugs of water and then took them to the water store to refill when they were gone. The girl working there is very pleasant and kind and help me learn how to work everything and I've been going there ever since. She's great at customer service by remembering that I always say yes to a receipt and even remembered my favorite ice cream was the Cherry amaretto. I can't resist getting a scoop every time I go in. It's a nice little perk for an otherwise mundane job of going someplace to refill your water jugs. It's sure nice to go into any establishment where they make you feel welcome every time you go in. Oh, and I couldn't resist buying one of those purple jugs and have been very happy with it.“

“(1st time at this location) Restaurant had a very unpleasant odor upon walking in (it was throughout the whole place). Cashier was very helpful, courteous, and friendly!! About 1/2 the tables needed to be wiped down as they were dirty. I could understand if the place was busy yet we were the only ones in the place.“

“I’ve been getting clown cones since the 80’s and started getting them for my daughter when she was little. BR has the best icing so about 8 years ago we started a tradition of always getting Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes for birthdays. We used to go to another location in Mesa, but their cakes were frost bitten and hard, so I looked everywhere for another location and visited a few, but their cakes weren’t that cute. This location is SO different and so worth the drive now that we’re in Gilbert. It’s such a clean location and the cakes are out of control! Even though they do custom cakes, I got her the hopscotch bunny cake with confetti and wild and wreckless sherbet. because she likes the cute and silly ones. We’ve done some other animal ones, but this bunny absolutely takes the cake. The cake decorator here is great. She absolutely loved it and we got so many compliments on it. Will return every year!“

“The place is great unfortunately they don't serve floats so I had to buy my own soda and ice cream separately then mix myself. And the place is really clean except for the overpowering smell of Pine-Sol kind of throws off the flavor of the ice cream. It's difficult to get over the pineapple pine flavor in your mouth when you're trying to eat your ice cream. But it's super clean the place is very well taken care of and services very friendly. There were 24 flavors in the cooler but they didn't have cookie dough. Overall and very satisfied“

There name was Alexis and Marbella, they were both very helpful with anything I needed. Even when I got up the counter they were still so sweet.
