“We were looking for a unique soot to have some ice cream & Tifa didn’t not disappoint!!First of all, super friendly & attentive service, greeted us when we entered, helped us right away, and said goodbye when we left.They let us try as many flavors of the gelato as we pleased (all of which were splendid) and they’re not shy on the amount of gelato they put in the cups!We got two of their smallest & both had plenty served.On top of that, they also have pastries, coffee and other sweet treats.All of the indoor tables also have a board game which is a nice touch.Highly recommend!“
“We stumbled upon this gem while shopping at San Tan Village. We came back the next day since we were stuffed at the time. There was a line but moved quickly when we came around 8pm. The flavors were reminiscent of Italy and there were so many choices it was so hard choosing. We samples a few before deciding. Small has 1 flavor so we got mediums for 2 flavors. 2 medium gelatos came to about $13 which was reasonable. I had the marbled black cherry and bellini. The bellini had an entire bottle of champagne in it I was told. It tasted like a bellini! The cherry had huge cherry pieces inside. My son had the toasted marshmallow and mint chocolate chip (with Andes mint). The gelato had so much flavor it was delicious. The only criticism is that the gelato was a bit too soft otherwise it was great.Is it America's Best Gelato? Possibly, but there is more gelato to try until making that decision.“

“My sister and I stopped in this afternoon and were so happy to find excellent ice cream, impeccable service and an immaculate store. It was great to find - for the first time in many years- soft serve frozen custard that comes really close to our beloved Carvel in New York. We're kind of hard to please in this category and Jeremiah's did not disappoint. The gentleman who helped us was pleasant, helpful and patient. The only downside to our visit was a man who walked in a few minutes after we were served and seated. He was immediately and very politely informed by the man behind the counter that he needed to move his large pickup truck from the active driveway that he was fully blocking. This man was beyond condescending and rude to a person who was doing his job, and doing it well. He kept insisting that his order for a coconut ice be filled. He was informed each time that his order would be filled once he moved his vehicle, even when the employee explained, several times, that his vehicle could not remain in the driveway because it was the only way for drive through banking patrons to exit. This guy just wasn't getting it and was being a total jerk. Andy, the employee, never lost his cool, and did not alter his demeanor of professionalism. I honestly don't know how he managed to continue speaking to the man without losing it and sinking to the guy's level.Just wanted to weigh in on what was POSITIVE about this situation because people are very quick to post bad reviews but not always so fast to commend someone who did everything right. “This is such an amazing Dessert place and because it's desserts that are Hong Kong based they are unique. Flavors and fruits you can not necessarily get any where else. Prices are great and service is great to. Just know though to maybe look up the menu first prior to going in because we didn't know what half the stuff was though they were very nice to explain would have been less time consuming if we new what certain things were in advance. But again they are super helpful and suggestive to!! Would 100% come back again!“
“I liked this place because the Dole Whip had the same flavor as the Dole plantation In Hawaii. The cashier was very nice and gave me suggestion. It was my first time going there and it was amazing experience. Sometimes the lady will put everything away 10 minutes before they close, but it rarely happen. All the flavors are awesome and it is hard to choose which one you like. Overall, the place is amazing“

“I very rarely write reviews about places but Handels Ice Cream blew my mind. The ice cream is spectacular and the service was out of this world!! I went in last night around 8:30, there was quite a wait but it was absolutely worth it! Please note that I am 68 years of age and hard of hearing, loud places don’t usually go well for me and are quite stressful, but that was not the experience I had last night! I got served by a teenager girl with blond hair and nose piercings, she was incredibly kind and helpful while explaining all the flavors and what kind of sundaes you have and their costs. Her kindness and patience made my Handels experience one of a kind and I will definitely be going again! Please keep hiring kind hearts like hers! Handels is a spectacular ice cream joint with amazing ice cream and team members. Would highly suggest visiting.“
“Thins I love about Andy's:1) Ice cream is consistent. I've never had a not-as-good batch, and 95% of the time the order are exactly like the last time I got it.2) They are open late. I don't like how much shuts down by 10:00, so I love that if at 10:30, I get a craving for some ice cream I can go and get.Things that could be worked on:1) Staff Knowledge. I appreciate that they hire young adults, but some of the workers can drive me crazy, like laughing off things like possibly getting double charged with, "just call they will fire me"2) Staff Compassion. I've been here many times with many different workers and maybe a third of the time there is someone playful-bashing on someone else. I get it can be fun and lighthearted, but from the outside it could come across as hazing and demeaning to the target“

“I have shared a review previously on Nekter. I love their clean juices and I always need a little more potassium so I enjoy celery juice a LOT and sometimes other green juices from here. Today my trip was really because I wanted to support Preston Lord's family effort to bring up justice for what he endured. I didn't buy the orange crush juice but Nekter allowed a monetary donation so that was really nice and I was happy that I was able to contribute regardless. I am so impressed with Nekter for supporting this and had a very pleasant experience there. My celery drink is delicious too.“

“It was OK... clean, very plain inside, nothing wow! Kinda strange because the island is where the toppings are. Plus, it is pretty pricey... in a very strange location as well. We could not see if the building was even open. The open sign was non-existent. No window decor to tell you if the place is even in business still... dark windows, no lit open sign. It was strange so we just tried to open the door and they were open.But I love frozen yogurt so I thought I'd at least try it and bring the kids! :)“

“I called the store ahead of time to make sure they accepted Apple Pay and they answered right away (which is rare these days). The lady working was so kind and patient with us as my kids took quite a bit of time to pick their ice cream flavor. We sat and also played games while eating ice cream and the kids loved it. “Wow! I'm truly shocked and sorry that I haven't reviewed this Froyo location sooner. This is our go to place as it's very close to our house. We come at least once a week. My kids love Zoyo. The flavors are delicious. We love the new flavors that get released. Our favorites are taro, strawberry banana, chocolate and cake batter. They have a rewards system and we get out $5 rewards often. They also have fun ways to get discounts like pj night etc. The place is clean! Bathrooms are taken care of. Staff are nice and friendly (sometimes a little glum but not rude. They perk up once they're at the till). Plenty of parking. As long as we're living here in Gilbert, we'll continue to come and support this location of Zoyo.“

Despite my initial frustration with the manager at the Gilbert/Chandler Blvd store, Josie's professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy in taking my ice cream cake order over the phone restored my faith in the brand. She not only corrected the previous mishaps by the manager at a store in which she didn't work, but also apologized for them and their childish behavior. Her dedication deserves recognition and a raise, as she undoubtedly retains customers like myself for Baskin Robbins. In contrast, the manager at the other Baskin Robbins was dismissive, arrogant, and unhelpful, refusing to accommodate my request for a strawberry cake order over the phone. Josie's exemplary service stands in stark contrast to such poor management, and her efforts have undoubtedly saved me and many others from abandoning Baskin Robbins altogether.Thank you again Josie!Dr. D“
