“We stopped in after school one day and immediately loved the vibe. The atmosphere is so cute, and everything felt clean, calm, and relaxing. We tried three different ice cream cups and every single one was absolutely delicious. There’s even a little shelf with games, so we played Uno and just enjoyed hanging out together. Such a great spot for a laid-back treat. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.“

“Very nice place for a sweet treat! I came here around 9:30 pm for some dessert, and I was immediately greeted by the polite staff. With it being my first time, they let me try several different flavors before I settled on orange Italian ice with vanilla soft serve. It reminded me of the orange creamsicles when I was young, only better. You're free to customize with whatever flavors you like, or pick from preset combos. The place wasn't too busy at this time. You're welcome to sit at the tables inside to devour your treat, or take it to go (bonus: includes well-sealing lids). I recommend eating it quickly though, as the Italian ice melts quickly in the summer heat. Overall, I highly recommend checking it out for something a little different and fun.“

“It’s a clean place with wonderful staff. All the display cases are amazing. While the gelatos have flavor, they’re not as bursting as I expected. Still enjoyable and worth the stop. The marshmallow one was not as good as years ago when a friend gave me a sample from a pint.

For those complaining about sewer there was absolutely no bad smells.“

“I was traveling through on my way to another state when I decided to stop in for Freddy's and grab a bite to eat. I was greeted by one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Her name was Mariah. It's really hard to find good customer service these days, and it was pleasant to find somebody who made actual conversation, who greeted you pleasantly. She took my order, and the order ended up being wrong. Now, I was super upset 'cause I was so tired from traveling with four kids. I went up, I started causing a scene. She handled it so well, even though I was definitely out of line. I started to cause my scene when my husband brought to my attention that he did not order my food correctly, and it was not Freddy's problem, it was mine. I apologized, but she still handled it so well. She was so professional. She was so kind at the end. We ended up laughing and joking. Everything turned out alright. I would have to say this is one of the best Freddy's I have been to. Food was fresh the restaurant was clean and great customer service we all left happy“

“The employees were super friendly and all had a smile on their faces. I showed up late to meet family and grabbed a blizzard. I had a couple minutes wait time for my order and was able to join them. The seating inside is smaller and limited. I think I recall seeing some outside seating but it was cold when I visited.

Prices have definitely gone up. $6.29 for a small blizzard is expensive!! They did have a 10% military discount.

Parking: The parking lot is smaller and is shared with other businesses. I visited late one evening and was able to find parking. The parking lot is rather odd for design.

Kid-friendliness: Yes. Perfect for kids. And people of all ages.

“We live in the area and frequent this place pretty often since it's in walking distance.
Recently they added a tipping option to their register, and it honestly weirded me out.
Why is there a tipping option when it's a self serve establishment? Shouldn't I get the tip, since all the employee did was sit at the register and charge me to make my own order?

Not trying to be rude by any means, just seems silly to add this function when the customers are the ones doing the manual labor.“
