Lady working was wonderful and made great suggestions. Even let me know when German Chocolate Cake will probably be available. I can't wait. I didn't get her name but was in the store on 11-6-23 at 1130 am or so. Younger with long blondish brown hair. They just hired this AMAZING girl named Candice at this location. The customer service this girl provides is above exceptional. I will be coming to this location from now on because of the amazing service I just received. Candice handled all me needs and made sure I had everything I needed. Despite my initial frustration with the manager at the Gilbert/Chandler Blvd store, Josie's professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy in taking my ice cream cake order over the phone restored my faith in the brand.
