I want to give a special shout out to an employee at this location. Yes, the ice cream is super good (Beach Day is my favorite!) and I love the way the space looks after the remodel. But, there is a young lady named Reese that gives THE BEST customer service. She is friendly, polite, has a lovely smile, knowledgeable, and is so mature and personable when dealing with me and my family. Super clean, love the large variety of my favorite ice cream flavors and toppings to pick from. Looks like they remodeled the place and it's super cute. Great, friendly service.
Just spent almost $20 for a “Banana Royale” and a “Banana Split” and received probably about half of what is actually pictured on the site. My husband gets banana splits here all the time, and this time just felt like we should have just flushed our money down the toilet.
